Near the center of everything in walking distance, esp train station and tourist attractions. Service staffs are attentive and helpful 👍❤️

I’m giving it 4 stars for the affordability. It is a basic clean room without many amenities. No coffee maker or fridge. Shampoo, body wash and lotion provided but that is all. No phone to call the front desk. Very basic but affordable.

Gebruik gemaakt van een eenpersoonskamer in het souterrain. Mooi uitzicht op de fontein. Schone, complete kamer. Net hotel met een super locatie. 3 minuten lopen van metrostation Karlplatz en naar de opera. Vanuit daar is alles ontzettend goed te doen met het OV (3 min naar Wien Hbf, 10 min naar Schönbrunn, 15 min naar Alte Donau). Genoeg supermarkten en eetgelegenheden op paar minuten lopen.

Rummet var okej. Hade en rätt trevlig utsikt över lite grönska och staden. Men det kändes kalt och tomt. Rumsskylten satt upp och ner, sminkspegeln i badrummet hängde så pluggen stack ut ur väggen. Det var få möbler i rummet och vi fick ett kuvert stucket under dörren första dagen att de skulle in i rummet och byta ut möbler under dag två. De bytte en stol mot ett litet bord som inte hade någonting på sig. Kändes rätt märkligt och lite jobbigt att de skulle in i rummet vid flera tillfällen under tiden vi var ute på stan. En sak som var fin dock var att en brasa gick igång på tv:n i rummet när man pluggade in sitt kort. Lite konstigt mitt på varma dagen men gav väldigt mysig känsla när det var mörkt. Hade igång den båda kvällarna. Kändes lite kalt och tomt men fyllde sitt syfte. Hotellet låg extremt bra till så läget var 10/10.

My stay here wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay here again. I knew the room was going to be teeny tiny (which was fine), but for $200+ a night, I expected some bare minimum amenities. There were no toiletries or coffee machine/kettle. Not the end of the world but would have been nice. What really ruined my stay was I was put down in one of the “subterranean” or basement rooms. They were doing LOUD construction starting early every single day of my stay. I mean loud banging right outside my room starting first thing in the AM. I went upstairs and kindly told the front desk to see if there was maybe a quieter room anywhere I could move to, as loud drilling and hammering directly outside my door wasn’t allowing me to sleep. They said “sorry but these things have to get done.” Let me assure you, the rooms are NOT soundproof as it claims. They were painting, so I had paint fumes coming into my room. They were doing work on the elevator, so I had to lug two suitcases up and down two flights of stairs. When I asked to check my luggage because I got there early, they made me take it back to the luggage closet and then go back and find it again. The front desk guys were kind of nice, but they didn’t really offer any assistance or customer service. When I went up to get a coffee at the bar area (because there’s no coffee in the rooms) the barista acted like I completely put him out. I may have got one of their cheaper rooms, but I still don’t think that qualifies the stay I had there.

As soon as we got to our room, we realized the air conditioning wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they advised it was broken for everyone and would not be fixed for 1-2 days. No mention of this upon arrival. It was 78 degrees outside so no relief from opening the windows. I asked what they were doing for compensation and after talking to their manager they offer 36 euros. I told them we would have stayed elsewhere had we known and asked for our breakfasts to be comped but they refused. Poor customer service for a newly opened hotel.

Reasonably priced but bare bones accommodations. No telephone in room to call front desk, no water bottles or coffee makers, our air conditioning didn’t work. Bring your own hair conditioner, face wash, etc.

This property is a great location to access the public transportation and walking distance from the inner city. The room has a thermostat but when we could not get the cooler to come on and we asked, we were informed that the hotel controls the temperature and there was nothing to be done. We simply opened the windows and that helped a lot. There was no phone in the room and the only way to communicate with the front desk was to go down to the desk or get online. For the price, we found it a bit high, but we had very good experiences with the restaurant and bar staff and that made up for a lot.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Amenities were minimal, with only shampoo, soap, and lotion provided. The hotel is within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, and the subway is just a two-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a good experience.

It’s like a budget hotel and no fridge, no air conditioning and no ventilator in the bathroom. Needed to open the window for air circulation, which leads to no privacy. I won’t recommend at all.

The hotel has good location for downtown ativiteis.

Expensive breakfast, no electric kettle or gym, and long walk to the room. But great location.
