Older villa but very clean. Great position and very quiet surroundings. Valet transfers both excellent. Use of cart perfect for getting around the island. Would stay again with no issues.

Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside. Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning top and bottom, need a small blower to remove numerous leaves from the outdoor area, other minor issues that a handyman could fix.

Staff met us at marina to take us to apartment. Apartment a bit dated but had everything you needed. Also included buggy with room which made it easy to get around island and to shops at marina.

The property was okay. It does need some maintenance/updates though. Cabinets in the kitchen are falling off their hinges, back screen door hook are about to fall off. Tvs are old school flat screen and the remote doesn’t always work. Main bedroom air con remote doesn’t work well. Bathroom light needs fixing and backyard needs a clean up- it has huge potential. In saying all that, our stay was still comfortable and we would stay again.

Everyone during the process of my stay was so very lovely and professional. 10/10 Feel very blessed after staying at such a wonderful property on one of the most beautiful places on our blue planet

The rooms were not properly cleaned. The place needs a deep cleaning

Sunset Waters 10 is a nice apartment for a small family. Quiet, comfortable and easy to access. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, valet service was very good, children loved the pool and overall property was fine. Really just a lot of maintenance issues.

Good communication and service of the staff. Would be nice to upgrade the house facilities.

Like the view from the bedroom Didn’t really like the outside area because it was very unkept and the door didn’t lock properly

We have stayed for about a week in the apartments. Very comfortable and cozy place, not very far from the main attractions of the island, yet quite far from the noise of the Marina village:)

The property is very comfortable, in good position and well serviced, full of accessories. The pick up was good. Unfortunately dishes wasn’t clean so i had to re-clean all. The baggy was for free for us and it was a very good surprise for us, it was so great turn around the island with this vehicle. We had to speak with someone's for few question/problems with not functioning low battery buggy’s signal but it’s not so easy like appear to talk with someone. However a very good stay for a week.

The property needs a good renovation, door handles falling off, mattress uncomfortable, outdoor area very untidy, outdoor umbrella moldy, tea towels look second hand

Good Value, valet pick us up from the airport and gave us the buggy which was included and took us to the apartment, it was clean and had a decent view. Bed was slightly hard, but other then that, we enjoyed the stay.

The condo was not at all as pictured on the web site. If the actual photos had been posted we would not have booked it. The ‘living & dining’ area furniture looked like it had been used at a fraternity house. The couch was disgustingly dirty and we had to put a towel on it to sit. The furniture on the patio was a rusted warped table with 3 chairs and 1 ripped chair. The bedrooms had torn curtains in them and very poor lighting.The kitchen was the one part of the condo that was good with a new refrigerator.

Unit 3 is not well maintained, not tidied up at all and the pieces of furniture are used. We have wasted one afternoon to get the wifi password. The positive points are the spot, nice view and the complementary buggy.

Complimentry buggie was a lifesaver Apartment slighty rundown afew little things needing fixing but overall pleasent stay.

It was fantastic so good i wanted to stay there forever, the buggy was also great everything about this place was just great .
