Excellent property--exquisitely decorated and updated. Bedroom, living room with large refrig, hot plate, microwave, coffee machine and tea pot. Modern, updated bathroom with shower. Very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was at a local café. It included eggs, beverage, bread, cheese, veggies and meat. Street parking. We were able to find a spot within 1 block. Host was easy to work with and communicated well. Close walking to the Old Town. Highly recommend the Hermanstadt House!

Excelent breakfast, super clean room and in walking distance to old Town and major touristic objectives, parliament, Cotroceni palace, Atheneum, Orthodox Cathedral, etc.

Our stay at Hermannstadt House was simply impeccable! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and decorated with exceptional taste, conveying a sense of elegance and sophistication in every detail. The bed deserves a special mention — it was, without a doubt, the most comfortable we’ve had throughout our entire trip! The bedding is of outstanding quality, providing perfect nights of rest. The overall atmosphere is truly luxurious, exceeding all our expectations. In addition, the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, always responding promptly to all our questions and making the experience even more pleasant. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

I can highly recommend this hotel. I felt that the host doesn’t just treat his guests as his business, but is willing to please them and to provide the quality services. He always kept in touch with us, nevertheless it was late, and helped us with the self check-in. We had no problem with the parking. There was a free public parking lot just in front of the hotel. The breakfast, provided by the hotel, was served in a buffet style at a restaurant nearby. It was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was already aware of our visit and we didn’t even need to explain anything. We were well taken care of at the restaurant and enjoyed our meals.

Big comfortable rooms on a quiet street just a couple of blocks over from the center of old town. The host is extremely responsive and flexible with check in. I only stayed one night and wish I had more time at this place and Sibiu. Highly recommended!

A little difficult to contact the owner if you do not have data or roaming. Although, the owner is more than helpful. The restaurant associated with the property is excellent.

Very good location, walkable distance to old town, restaurants, groceries......altough it is not easy to find a free parking space but host is so nice that he captured the nearby parking space (bith free and charged) for our information. Only there's a little problem with the water drainage for bath area.

Lovely, warm and comfortable apartment. Large bed with super comfy mattress set in a spacious bedroom/lounge room. Great communication from our host made accessing the apartment easy. We were so pleased to be able to park easily outside the apartment and for free. The town centre is walkable within less than 5 minutes. Perfect for exploring the old town. We like to self cater some days and the apartment was perect for that. We couldnt get the toaster to work on the first day, and the host immediately replaced it, which was very much appreciated. We love our breakfast toast 😆. The shower worked well and the hairdryer was a bonus. The area was really quiet and we enjoyed good nights sleep. We would recommend staying here without any hesitation.

We were traveling with my family and needed a place to get some rest and continue our trip. By sheer chance we booked this place. It was the highlight of our trip. We loved the apartment, 540 years old house but very modern inside. It is in the middle of the city, could walk with two little children to the historical city center. Plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner. Extremely clean. The kids loved it, we loved it. Romeo was the greatest host in my experience. He welcomed us in front of the house upon our arrival, gave us a very detailed introduction to the house and to the city, helped with parking. Overall, it was one of the best places I have ever stayed. I insist that you stay there without any hesitation. If we ever pass by Romania again, we will stay in Sibiu at the same place.

It was a stylish room with a chalet feel. We stayed as 3 people and each of us felt incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary tools and equipment. It is clean and attentive. The owners are very kind and their employees are friendly. I advise.
