We found this an interesting location set well back from highway with bush and wildlife at the door. It was also handy to Blackmans Bay, Margate and the Bruny Island ferry terminal.

Lovely view, location, cottage so comfy and classy.

We could have quite happily stayed longer. This place was a real find, a perfect place for us.

We had family in Kingston, this accommodation was close by giving us the opportunity to visit family while having our own space. An immaculate apartment with everything you needed. Bonus to have breakfast items so no need to stock fridge ourselves.

Highly recommend the location. The room was private, warm & cosy an only minutes from the beach & shops at Kingston and less than 20minute drive to Hobart city. Beautiful scenery with wildlife at your door.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed as the place was not overly clean. I think if you are going to run accomodation from your home it needs to be really clean. There was a thick layer of dust in some places, dirty splashes on the walls in the kitchen and pet hair on the bed was really comfortable although the smoke alarm was directly above the bed and was a very bright light which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Little handwritten notes everywhere with instructions drive me nuts also. I would not recommend this accommodation to my friends.
