This hotel is in the perfect location in Bruges. You are right in the middle of everything. The room was large and comfortable. The view was beyond amazing!

Excellent location.

Great location in the heart of Bruges. Easy walking distance to what you want. The breakfast was basic and the rooms were no frills. I would stay again, but there is no lift and the other guest I was with struggled being placed in the second floor. This wasn’t made clear when we booked.

Mysigt och fint hotell med bra personal men frukosten var väldigt torftig med begränsat utbud

Fabulous hotel overlooking the canal . Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom which was a great size . Fabulous breakfast with excellent service , staff replenished freshly boiled eggs , coffee , pastries within a few minutes of asking . We had dinner one evening which was fabulous , the wild boar stew and Flemish stews were excellent. Great service . We will definitely be back for another stay .

We konden al iets eerder inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was, heel fijn! Wij hadden de Junior Suite, een super kamer met het mooiste uitzicht van Brugge! Een klassiek ingerichte kamer met een moderne badkamer. Werkelijk top en een echte aanrader als je de wow factor wilt hebben. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, maar verder niet heel speciaal. De ligging van het hotel kan niet beter. Al met al een bijzonder hotel, en met name de Junior Suite.

Hotel dificil de ubicar, mala atención al recibirme, sin elevador (solo escaleras), para subir equipaje al 2° piso, siendo personas de tercera edad, con enormes dificultades para cargar equipaje. Cuartos muy pequeño y baños muy complicados para asearse.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The room was quite basic but clean. However the en-suite shower was leaking and it was impossible to run cold water, which apparently is an issue. The dinning room overlooks the canal and is beautifully decorated. Food prices throughout Bruges are expensive, typically 25 to 30 euros for a main course.
