A charming place with old wood details and nice decor scheme. Breakfast was a perfect old-school continental buffet with an option for eggs, juices, breads, cereal, fruit.
Great location, close to center.
Staff was kind and helpful.
Beds were pretty firm, not very cushy. Small, consistent signs of wear and tear, like patched holes in wall, cracks in sink and shower. Our view was of the roof right outside the window. Privacy, but boring.
The spiral staircase up to one of the floors is definitely a challenge with big bags, so be aware.
I love having a kettle, but they need to be cleaned out. That's a personal pet peeve of mine. And so I tried to clean ours before we used it.
