It smell of smoke and there was a cockroach and a spider hanging form the ceiling.

The manager there, Brian was so polite, friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly be. My gps had the wrong location, but I figured it out after a loop around the highway. It's really like a Motel 6, that is located in a peaceful, notch off the highway. I didn't care about the TV or other included amenities. I just wanted a quiet place to plant myself while I explored the area, and even made a quick excursion to Niagara Falls, some 20 plus minutes away. I could park my car right up to the front door. When it was time to check in or checkout- the process was quick and easy. The one big tick was the shower temperature fluctuating. Hahaha!

It was fine for the price. Nothing special. AC was pretty weak but it was crazy hot out
