Pricy for an old , outdated hotel

Nice, clean hotel, But price of the rooms is too expensive for the quality of them. Poor bed with minimal amenities in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Aside from that the cleanliness of the room was okay unless you moved something and saw what was not clean. Also the beds in the section of the hotel that has not been renovated are solid as a rock. Make sure you get a renovated room if you are looking for a good nights sleep.

Le ménage de la chambre laissait à désirer. Vieux filtre à café. Chauffage poussiéreux. Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette pourtant là une seule nuit.

Internet was not strong enough to bring up a news cover page. TV coudl not get netflix for my account due to poor internet.

We just wanted a place to stay for the night nothing flashy and this place fit the bill. Off the beaten path for sure Internet was spotty

It was our second time staying here. Really charming former mining town which has re-invented itself. Hotel is older in decor but extremely clean and well maintained. Front desk man helpful including with their weird shower handles which work great but need a bit of a tutorial. Convenient location near the former Jeffrey Mine and Val Des Sources downtown strip. Overall we would rec'd staying here when in the area.

Cet hôtel est un mal nécessaire lorsqu’il faut faire escale le temps d’une nuit à Val-des-Sources (Asbestos): c’est le seul hôtel de la place. Le service est courtois et plutôt prévenant (comme je m’enregistrais un peu plus tard, la réceptionniste m’a appelé pour valider si tout était correct de mon côté). L’hôtel est bien tenu mais reflète la gloire passée d’une petite ville où la vitalité économique est moribonde. L’hôtel est très peu fréquenté malgré qu’il compte beaucoup de chambres et par conséquent, les chambres semblent bien nettoyées après utilisation, mais sont un peu empoussiérées par la suite. De plus, les équipements sont plutôt vieux (mais en bon état de fonctionnement). Au-delà de la poussière, Le seul élément élément véritablement dérangeant sont les matelas et les draps qui sont encore une fois propres, mais inconfortables. Le tout, pour un rapport qualité/prix plutôt élevé (après les frais qui s’ajoutent au prix de base affiché), ce qui rend l’hôtel plutôt dispendieux pour ce qu’il est. Le voyageur averti privilégiera une option à l’extérieur de Val-des-Sources quand c’est possible (notamment à Sherbrooke, Drummondville, ou encore un B&B, un AirBnB, etc.).

Stayed 2 nights no housekeeping whatsoever Continental breakfast was not free had minimum basic the flooring had huge gaps between board ends (extremely dangerous)

Nice place unfortunately a group of young adults thought they were alone and were VERY loud at 12h30 at night. Lasted about 20 minutes...hard to go back to sleep after that!!

Very nice welcome but room was very small and mattress was way too stiff. Besides that, it was okay,
