Very nice accomodations, small and quiet. Stairs are somewhat an issue. Great staff, breakfast was super.

Das kleine Boutique-Hotel Cap Diamant besticht durch die stilvolleund authentische Einrichtung, eine sehr angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre und vor allem durch die absolute Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der City von Québec (nur 5 Minuten zum Chateau Frontenac, 3 Minuten zur Zitadelle und max. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Viertel Downtown). Die Betreiberin des Hotels hat stets ein offenes Ohr für alle Belange ihrer Gäste. Ein kleines kontinentales Frühstück ist inbegriffen und wird am Platz serviert, allerdings kein Buffet. Einziger kleiner Abzug waren die fehlenden Abstellflächen im (sehr kleinen) Bad. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses besondere kleine "Schmuckstück" im Herzen von Québec!

We loved this little boutique hotel right in the heart of Old Quebec. The neighborhood was full of old world charm and the hotel was sophisticated in style. Our room was beautiful and full of character. We loved the little touches in our room: bathrobes, filtered water on tap, a Nespresso machine and a small frig with goodies! The main level of the hotel also had some lovely touches including a tasty breakfast. I think our favorite part of the hotel was Marie Eve. She was kind, informative and just a true gem. Quebec City was beyond what we imagined and Hotel Cap Diamant was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

The service was beyond excellent. Staff was fluent in French and English. Very helpful with luggage and suggestions for nearby restaurants. Marie-Eve was especially helpful.

Hotel Cap Diamant was a delight. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautifully restored building. Every detail taken into consideration. Furniture, linens and glasswear were just lovely. Breakfast room overlooks a beautiful walled garden. Located very close to heart of Old Quebec City. There are stairs to enter the building and all but one room require more stairs. We will stay here again!

Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a bit small but room was quite comfortable. Excellent location for exploring Old Town Quebec City.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and attentiveness. Perfect location on a quiet street in the historic area close and walkable to everything! Note that this hotel is not good for those with physical impairments, as there are lots of steps and no elevator. It is quite beautiful. The teeny tiny sinks in the bathrooms are a poor design choice, especially for those bathrooms that can fit a larger sink. The other sink in the main bedroom was not very useful. Loved the light breakfast served daily. Overall a comfortable stay for those looking for quiet evenings.

Very nice experience. Room was clean and spacious, shower had abundant hot water, and a nice rainshower/wand combo. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside, is getting up the front stairs. I would not have booked this hotel, had I known how steep the stairs were, because of my bad knees. Other than that, we loved staying there!

The front desk staff and those who served the breakfast were great. The maid service left a lot to be desired because we had to ask for toilet paper twice and it was strange how the room was cleaned. One time the bed was made but the dirty towels were not picked up and another time the bed was not made and the towels were changed. Also, if you have problems with stairs you cannot stay here. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and we felt very safe there.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. My only concern was access to the rooms. We had a great deal of trouble. Getting into our room in the evening.

Excellent boutique hotel. Bathrooms are small but expected in a historical house/hotel. Wonderful continental breakfast and amenities. Can control the temp in room which is wonderful. Also neat sitting/working rooms on the first and second floor and access to by the glass wine at any time. Wonderful stay for our anniversary!

Rooms had firm but very comfortable beds! The service was exceptional! Oliver was so thoughtful and welcoming! Restaurant options were many, and all within 15 min walk. Close to Old Town and Chateau. Highly recommend!!

Cap Diamant tiene una excelente ubicación para visitar Quebec city. La habitación muy confortable y cómoda. Hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso al hotel es por un tramo de escalera muy pendiente.

Quaint hotel in a quiet area, easy walking distance to most places including Chateau Frontenac, Dufferin Terrasse.

Great hotel!

I liked alot the room, the only thing i did not like was that the bathroom was a little bit smaill. I liked the continental breaksfast in the garden.
