Very convenience location from Old Quebec!

Très bon hotel, très confortable et bien equipé. Nous apprecions la machine à café dans la chambre + les capsules de café pour depanner et les verres à vin. Très bon point. La communication avec le personnel de l'hotel à distance etait fluide. Tout s'est très bien passé.

Amazing fancy hotel. Room was very clean and so pretty. Location is very convenient you can go to the old Quebec by walk about 30min. Very nice area (upper town) If you come by car they have a parking space (need $26+tax) I stayed only one night but I would like to stay more if I could … If I will back Quebec City, I definitely come back to this hotel! Check in is need some information from hotel you should check mail from the hotel!

The room was very clean and it was a very quiet place to stay. Some minor issue came up such as a weak battery in a smoke detector and a faulty outlet in the bathroom. The staff responded quickly and solved both problems. The room accommodated 2 large framed queen beds so the space was a bit tight for our 3 travellers but if you don’t spend a lot of time in your room, then it was quite acceptable. They have a really nice dining area with a microwave, toaster, oven etc. We couldn’t find any dishes or cutlery so you’d have to bring your own. I’m sure if we would’ve texted the manager. They may have instructed us where to find it.

Our room was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It’s an older building, well maintained.

Lovely quaint hotel. Excellent location. Window A/C was a bit noisy but we just shut it off once the room cooled down. We would recommend it.

There is no on-site staff, but staff was quick to answer messages and checked in frequently to see that we had everything we needed It is quaint, boutique, hotel experience

La douche n'était pas propre, il y avait du noir dans les crack. Il n'y a personne à la réception faque on fait tout par sms et telephone, la porte nous était barrée quand on est arrivé. Les parkings ne sont pas inclus, j'ai été contacté à 22:00 pour me dire de payer mon parking et quand j'ai dit que je voulais payer mon spot, on m'a dit qu'il fallait reserver et que je ne pouvais pas payer le spot que j'avais (il restait même de la place dans le parking). On m'a donné 3 parking publique en alternative, 1 plein, 1 privé et 1 fermé. Petite d'humidité de cigarettes/humidité dans la chambre. Y'a pas de processus de checkout, vu que y'a personne. L'eau chaude est aussi mal faite, ça prend 15 min pour commencer à avoir un peu d'eau tiède.
