Loved our stay there! It was so magical! Straight out of a fairytale! Loved that they write our names and rooms number on a board at the front door! Made us feel special! Loved also the self check in! More hotels/inn need to do that! Staff was super friendly! I wish they had more "healthy" food at the mini mart! I'm diabetic so they didnt have a lot of healty options for me! But other than that I loved it! Only thing is that there was a fews dead spiders in our room. Not the staff fault tho!

Bathtub was great. Shower head was poorly placed in shower. Only one chair in room. Two would have been nice. Our traveling companions had a room with a sitting area so that worked out fine.

What a great place to stay the restaurant was excellent for dinner as was the breakfast, staff was very helpful and the building was very cool

Loved this property. Very cute and decorated beautifully. A nice break from a regular hotel room. Self-check-in and out was a breeze, and I had no issues. But felt comfortable knowing there was a number I could call if I needed to. 8am for breakfast was a bit late for me as I was there on business, but I did stay late one morning to try the culinary delights. And they were so kind as to make me something to go that was not listed on the menu. The pool was a bit cold, but it was all so lovely.

We love our room. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary. We loved everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, all and all Excellent.

I did not know anything about this place and stumbled upon it. I loved everything about it. I loved the character, the mystery, the stories it told in each room with the art. It was exceptionally clean. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool and hot tub which means I have to come back. It is all really well done. The only reason I gave 4 stars on amenities was because the restaurant was closed for renovations. It made for a hard time finding something to eat at 9pm. That said, I can’t wait to come back. I initially was on the 3rd floor. I have some mobility issues and climbing steps that high proved to be too difficult. However, the staff was beyond accommodating by changing our room to a lower level and even helped move our suitcases. The only thing I would say is if going in the summer, choose the garden view because you cannot see the river in the summer due to all the trees. Fabulous place and am telling my friends!!! The property is lovely and the staff was really nice and friendly.

We were delighted with our stay. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our early morning swim, hot tub and steam room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. This is our second stay in three months. Does not disappoint! Thank you!

Nothing but praise and amazingly inexpensive. Definitely my new go to place for a short 2-day get away. Also, for folks on a 2-day drive to and from Ontario-Maritimes, a relaxing stop-over point with all the spa amenities for a relaxing stop-over.

Absolutely love this place, we try and visit for an overnight stay every month to recharge and immerse ourselves in some self care amenities on site. Very peaceful, and environmentally therapeutic.

Breakfast menu was a delightful variety and had something to offer for everyone. After our daily activities, returning in the evening to a roaring fire was an absolute delight.

No support staff. No onsite staff. No ice. Kitchen was dirty. Restaurant was closed. Large unsecured building in remote area. Rattling window unit. No elevator. It was pretty sketchy and a bit creepy. There was no one in this 16 room inn but the two of us. Musty.

Nice property. When staying in the off-season be aware that no staff are on-site, but a quick to respond to emails.
