Need to clean the room and the kitchen

Rooms are a little dated but clean. Unable to use the pool as it wasn't opened yet. Cable on TV was challenging to figure out, wasn't loading properly and the wiring hookup along the wall was questionable. Very friendly Staff :)

Right on the beach, fantastic view, can get noisy at night, but that's not the hotel's fault, that's location, location, location. Bed was comfy and sheets were great. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Great staff.

Nice clean and spacious kitchen suite... Nice location.. Close to beach and restaurants... And quiet in early May... Only downside was pool not operational yet and no ice/ice maker... Overall great value

There was no exhaust fan in the kitchen and bathroom, the room was connected to the other room by another door, not comfortable

Older place that is being kept in very good condition both inside the rooms and outside the whole property. Will be back in my next trip to the Okanagan.

Great deal for a good room

Parking was tight but manageable. Great location close to all ammenities. Unfortunately a family with children upstairs were so noisy I had to move to a different room which was not a lakeview room and no TV in my bedroom. So it really kinda ruined my experience somewhat although I was able to sleep at least.

Had everything I needed as a solo traveller. It was super easy to book online. super easy to check in, great value and the room was comfortable and well equipped. And the staff were terrific. Recommended.

Very unclean property there was stink in the room we booked for two nights. But had to leave the next morning as could not bear the unpleasant smell. The neighbours were very load overnight. I would not recommend this property at all.

Perfect for what we needed. The studio had exactly what we wanted for a 3-day stay.

The Staff Betsy and Leslie are amazing human beings. They made sure I was able to checking after a health emergency and accommodated my family to ensure our remaining stay was the most comfortable. If you are ever looking for a great place to stay in Penticton, BC, visit Shoreline Resorts & Condominiums. You are right on the lakeside close to all the amenities, and the views are incredible. We are so happy that we got to stay at this amazing property and will definitely be back here again. Great people like these amazing women--make the world an amazing place.
