Personnel agréable. La piscine chauffée et spa sont excellents. Le matelas pas confortable et très dur Du moins dans ma chambre Et pour la propriété un bon nettoyage de la chambre ferait pas de tord Il avait beaucoup de poussière et la vitre de douche a pas été frotté souvent Malgré que je recommande cette hôtel pour la cheminée au bois Pour la proximité des sevices Resto,épicerie etc... Et pour le prix

The place clean the really need to get rid of the old carpets in the room with the Murphy bed . The out doors amenities are good, hot tub, sauna and heated pool in the winter are a definite plus the bathrooms are nice too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will most likely go back.

The room was old and there was old furniture bed was to hard for me furniture was old like what my grandmother would have not enough parking but the outside pool and hot tub looked nice didn’t use as was to cold for me

The hotel is not like advertised. Looks good but even the smell as soon you get in is not nice. Smell damp. Smell cigarret. Smell old.

L'hotel est bien situé, proche des restaurants et du centre de ski. Commence a montrer des signe de vieillesse. Besoin d'un peu d'amour.

Staff are friendly and location is so close to shopping, restaurants and the ski hill.

On ne trouvait pas la carte de crédit à la réception avec laquelle j'avais déjà réservée par vous et payée. J'ai dû donner une 2e carte de crédit et le même scénario s'est répété: on ne pouvait procéder ma carte. Étrange.

This is our favourite hotel when we go skiing. Easy check in and parking. Outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing. Open all year. I would recommend this hotel . Close to everything

Clean room and quiet

Always a good time when we stay here when visiting Saint Sauveur.

When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. When I went to ask the young lady at the desk I was given 3 towels for the pool and asked to make sure I gave them back before heading back to our room. I figured the towels would be brought while we were swimming so we could shower after but they weren’t. We left for supper, came back - still no towels. Went back down to the front desk where the young lady then handed me towels unfolded from a bin. I asked if we could also get a facecloths and was met with some attitude. Our bathroom ceiling lights were burnt out but the mirror light did work. The hottub was a shade of green and very dirty but the pool was clean. My kids had fun swimming

Beaucoup de véhicule dans le stationnement, avec les bancs de neige un peu difficile pour le stationnement à l'arrière. Pour ce qui est des effets dans la cuisinette il n'y avait que 3 dosettes de café, 3 tasses, 3 assiettes, 3 cuillères, 3 fourchettes, pas de lavette et de linge à vaisselle. Décevant considérant que nous étions 4 occupants dans la chambre/suite. Il y avait le pied du lit escamotable qui était brisé et il ne fallait pas s'assoir sur le pied du lit car il n'était pas solide et même dangereux pour causer des blessures. La chambre était propre, le personnel courtois.

Parking is always a bit difficult esp when there's a lot of snow and lots of people staying there at the samw time. But the rest is perfect. Love the fact that they upgraded their room. It was time.

Le spa et tout l'installation extérieure était vraiment génial . Le foyer à la chambre à rendu l'ambiance incroyable ! Service excellent encore une fois.

We really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel has great potential. Great location and price. However, the beds are super hard, the tub wouldn’t hold the water and the faucet leaked all over the floor. We told the cleaning lady and nothing was done about it. They only put a towel around the faucet. Didn’t offer us another room, discount nothing.
