Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was spotless and surprisingly large. The location was perfect - quiet and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Free ice and coffee were nice touches. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was good experience staff, specially Jennifer was so helpful. Had a great time there

The best Motel experience I've had

Room was clean, loved the balcony. Parking is kind of a cluster up top but they have a secondary lot just across the road. Staff was phenomenal.

The rooms and motel itself were exceptionally clean. The receptionist was beyond kind and courteous. However- after a day of hiking the thing we looked forward to was showering and heading to bed. Unfortunately the shower not only did not dispense any pressure, there was ZERO heat

Staff was very helpful and accommodating I had to check-in after hours and they facilitated that, they helped me swiftly resolved a mistake i made with my booking

We've stayed at this motel ever since it opened years ago because of the clean and comfortable rooms, beds and washrooms and plentiful free parking. The staff is super friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. Easily walkable to all amenities in town as well as the cruises. Air conditioner/heater works well. Bears are encountered occasionally nearby and red headed woodpeckers have been spotted in the trees outside the buildings. We've considered staying in other accommodations but when we book, it's always back here.

Très propre. Personnel serviable. Il y a présentement deux bornes de recharge pour VE mais aucune indication de ne pas stationner aux 2 emplacements qui sont près de la réception. Résultat: 2 vehicules à essence occupaient les emplacements pendant notre séjour.
