Good place

Accueil peu chalheureux, pas de sourire, a peine bonjour, difficulté a trouver ma reservation via expedia. Animaux accepté mais 40$ supplementaires ce qui est beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour un hotel de ce standing sans que vous ayez le moindre service lié aux chiens. Interruption du sommeil car bruyant a l'extérieur a 4:40 am pendant au moins une heure. Aucune finition dans la chambre, impression d’etre au milieu dune salle de bain avec travaux inachevés, baignoire qui s’evacue tres mal. Pratiquer la nuit a 115$ pour cette qualité ce n'est pas adapté du tout.

This is an inexpensive motel. It suited our needs and we will stay again.

Overall an older property partly renovated. Staff were friendly. Room was basic and clean. Liked that the pet area was right outside our door. Note to staff: Please enstall a lock on bathroom window.

Not the cleanest but a cheap place to stay in a pinch.

Front desk was very accommodating in a Expedia fiasco. I had read the reviews and was nervous but they obviously cleaned up this hotel because it was definitely worth the price%

The pictures are very misleading. When we arrived half the hotel was burnt and closed. The front entrance pillars were falling apart, it was very run down and there were 3 police officers in the parking lot. It did not feel safe for a family to spend the night. Had to re-book elsewhere.

Very scary as a female traveler.. men standing around and feel like they were watching you

This is the worst hotel/motel room that I’ve ever seen. Like something you see in the movies. The photos of this property are completely misleading. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Everything good

I had booked for my son who was in BC and had a motor vehicle accident in relation to the Forest Fires. He just needed a place to sleep and I booked this on Expedia for him. However, they would not allow him to check in as he had lost his cc in the accident and they offered me no solution that was in accordance with my backs security protocols regarding my credit card. I ended up moving his reservation to the Sandman and they were very understanding and accommodating. Even upgrading him to a suite. The Alpine Inn and Expedia refused to refund my payment, even though we were there to check in and they refused us. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Nice room, bathroom was nice looking but required cleaning.

The bathroom window didn’t have a lock or screen. Had to shove sticks in there to feel safe.

Did not like the place at all - we should’ve looked at their quality review stars when booking but we booked on a whim for an emergency trip. The rooms had a stench of cigarette smoke which was dampened with superficial cleaning - we have health problems with smoke smells so We left the place after thirty minutes by booking into a hotel next door - and we had to forfeit our three days paid stay. The pricing is low and for a good reason.

Overall great....Value for money and since its the cheapest property on all surrounding areas so no complaints...staff is amazing...check in was great and was very smooth and welcoming..morning agent was also great which makes a huge difference..u get all basic necessities. There is tv, mini fridge, coffee machine, air conditioing, blow dryer with all bathroom amenities. bed is also comfy..parking was just outside the room so made it so convenient n safe. So if you are looking for a simple basic cozy room this would be it.

Negative attitude towards me and other females

スーパーマーケット、カフェやガソリンスタンドは近くにあるので便利。タオルは言わないと替えてくれないら、掃除も毎日入るわけではない。スタッフは親切で、頼むと何でもすぐに対応してはくれる。カードキーが、毎日リセットしないと、部屋に入れないのは手間だった。
