Luke warm water for a shower in the morning. Noisy guests through the night. General condition.

We arrived and the first thing that hit us was the smell, then we noticed the black mould. This place looks nothing like the online photos. We were absolutely not risking our health so we went right back to reception, where they denied a refund. They somehow managed to get $200 per night from us (again, looked ok online). Yogina the hotel receptionist would not allow Expedia to release the funds back to us, so we are out $400. It took a post on social media to realize that this is a well known “crack shack” by the locals in Abbotsford. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is also my last booking with Expedia, after booking with them for years this is a huge let down that they don’t have their clients backs in serious health concern situations.

The room they gave me looked like an old maintenance room that they turned into a hotel room, wasn't what the pics look like at all..the bed wasnt all that comfortable, the shower was small and had what looked like the bathroom ceiling above the shower was starting to get moldy...they say they were doing renovations so maybe they didnt get to that room yet.

Property was not cleaned.

Felt unsafe, did not even end up staying the night. Upon arrival to the hotel when checking in we were met with people fighting in the parking lot on they way to check in. When bringing our stuff into the room were met by a naked lady standing with the door open beside us. Once in room, sheets were not cleaned, room smelt bad of smoke. Brought up safety concerns staff didn’t seem to care. We ultimately made the decision to eat the cost and get a hotel somewhere else do to our safety concerns and not wanting vehicle to get broken into.

Slept in my clothes on top of the bedding. Druggies around the place it was scary and then at about 3am woken up by someone pounding on the door!!! Pretty freaky place with not so nice people hanging out

We were staying in Room 27, and there were rats in the room. Since rats can carry and spread viruses, we were very scared and concerned for our safety. We noticed the rats around 1:00 AM, which made the situation even more stressful and uncomfortable.

Unprofessional Non-hospitality people Rude

It was a one night stop over and the cheapes room around. Its an older motel currently going through renovations. I was in the older section. It was okay but I was glad that I had packed an extention cord as there was no electrican outlet near the bed. Some motel bedside lamps have charging ports and outlet in the base but not here.My extension cord was just long enough for me to plug in my cell phone to charge and be my alarm clock for the morning. Im confident that the new building will be much nicer once its done.

Dirty room smelled horrible no ice machine no bathroom fan bed was horrible never would I stay again nor should you they make you pay up front and for 166 dollars please best western across the street 15 bucks more and more like a 4 star there what a joke

We knew we just needed a place to crash by airport and the price was cheap so our expectations were not high They are doing renovations to improve the property but we were in a very worn room. The bed was clean at least and no bugs but I would not shower there it looked rough my spouse attempted but the shower head did not work. When I checked in there was no one there for 5min I was wandering around a construction site and felt extremely uncomfortable I would have just left but we pre paid Wouldn’t return but good news we slept and did not have bugs

Staff was pleasant, and helpful when I let them know about an issue with the room. I wasn’t looking for a five star Experience, just somewhere affordable and clean to sleep while I was in town, and that’s exactly what I got. No complaints.

Our room had all the basics. We were only sleeping there so clean sheets and a decent bed were all we needed. We got both. Looks like the owners are in the middle of a renovation. We were not disrupted by the activity. The price was right for what you got. We actually really liked the convenience of parking right outside our room.

Rooms not clear hotel need to renovate fully

Absolutely filthy, unsanitary. Asked for room to be cleaned and was told no. Horrible experience. Avoid staying here.

They were renovating rooms and it is needed. I’d wait till it’s completely renovated before booking there again.

It was under construction, which was not advertised. The room was small, broken light switch, broken tub, pillows were lumpy and squished. The other people staying in the room next to us were loud, disruptive and we were woken up to the nauseating heavy smell of marijuana, in our room. We even had someone try to come into our room while we were packing to leave. We felt unsafe all night. I had to hunt down the front desk clerk in the morning to try to check out. It was the worst motel we've stayed in, in all our travels including the US and Europe. Do not recommend!
