Osoyoos Lakeview Inn is a nice motel. Lots of available parking. Our room had a view of the lake and mountains. and just outside of it, there is a balcony area with table and chairs - where we spent our evenings talking and relaxing. The room itself was clean and had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tv, dishes and small dinning room set. The bathroom was spacious, there were complementary packaged hand soaps, acreams, make up remover wipes and shampoo. The only down side was the bath tub - it was clean but the shower head was old and a bit hard to get the water to spray evenly. Peanut Lake is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. At the lake there is a rental place for canoe, paddleboards, etc. The motel has a barbeque area, which you are free to use at anytime. The pool was nice and clean, we did not use it as we chose to walk to the lake instead. There is also a Laundry room in the mote but it is only available for use October to April. Nester's market, BC Liquor store, Boston Pizza, Shoppers Drug Mart, Ice cream, candy stores and downtown Osoyoos are about a 15 minute walk from the motel. Unfortunately, we did not walked downtown as it was too hot too walk. If you are like us, looking for a clean and economical place where after spending the day exploring and sightseeing you can go to shower and have a goodnight sleep then Lakeview Osoyoos Inn is the place for you.

Lovely guy checked us in and was so helpful. Bed was super comfy and room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Had to drive to get food but only short 4 min trip. Downside was noisy people in room next door. And during night from generator from building next door. Wasn’t too expensive though and have stayed in worse places for more money. Good for one night stay when passing through town

Convenience to stores, restaurants and baches. Room required blackout curtains from outdoor lights shining into room at night.

Service was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room and pool were very clean. Not a fancy place at all but reasonably priced and great service and was wonderful to have use of the BBQ. We saved so much not having to eat out. The beach was a 5 min walk. Not far from the cute little downtown area and we enjoyed the farmers market. We will.be back :)

Our say was good. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great. The pool was clean and well looked after. The property and grounds could use some TLC. There were 5 bags of household garbage left by one of the tenants outside their room. It was not cleaned up during our stay. Made it a bit tricky getting past it packing our luggage in and out of our room.

A nice inn by the lake, but without a lake view. We slept well; the beds were comfortable and clean. However, the floors were dirty and sticky. The microwave, oven, and toaster were also very dirty; we didn't dare use the oven, but we did give the microwave and toaster a thorough cleaning.

Quiet stay. Efficient check-in. Air conditioner was noisy but worked well.

Property and rooms are nice. Beds are older and had people partying outside out room at 3 in the morning.

It was within walking distance to the beach and the downtown core.

Staff are friendly and accomodating. My son enjoys the pool and the rooms are good for the price.

This hotel has a nice view of the lake. We only stayed one night but we were comfortable.

Lakeview is nice name, but hotel was old and has no view of lake. We were on ground floor, could not open curtains because people would walk by. All in all, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would definitely not return next year.

Nice location. Beach park within walking distance.
