Personal sehr hilfsbereit! Leider wenig Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad und im Zimmer (Kommode, Schrank, etc) Sehr umweltfreundlich, da keine Pappbecher mehr!

Séjour très agréable. J'ai adoré la gentille dame de la réception qui a été très aidante. Je voyageais seule avec mon bébé et elle s'est assurée de me donner une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec le plus de commodités possible, et ce, sans que je demande quoi que ce soit. Elle était super joviale et professionnelle. La chambre était propre et contenait tout le nécessaire. J'y retournerai définitivement. Je n'ai pas de photos de la chambre, mais la vue était magnifique et le balcon gigantesque!

The room was clean

Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé avec une chambre qui nous a permis de profiter de la vue magnifique sur le fleuve que nous offrait la terrasse de la chambre Nous avons savourer les derniers rayons du soleil sur ce dernier Nous avons pu nous garer directement devant la chambre (très pratique avec plusieurs valises) La chambre était très propre, l'endroit est calme et paisible parfait pour une belle nuit de sommeil Si un jour nous sommes dans les environs nous reprendrons cet hôtel sans aucun doute !

Lovely well maintained older Motel. Friendly staff. A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous view of the St Lawrence. Two minutes from the ferry to Rivierre de Loup.

Rooms are quite old but unique. The river view rooms are beautiful. Marc who was almost always available was very accommodating. Our TV stopped working and he fixed it immediately. The rooms were also very clean!

The check-in desk felt rushed and not friendly. It was our anniversary and I was excited to surprise my spouce. The room was clean and had a nice view of the beach and ferry. It wasn't right on the beach. Also no info in the room on where to eat or take out menu. The rooms were not sound proof, heard the neighbors through the walls all night. Over priced for lack of conveniences.

Bien localisé, près du traversier

Booked two nights. Arrived on first night and somehow reservations had been cancelled even though I had a confirmation. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. Arrived back for the second night and room had not been cleaned , made up and no fresh towels and coffee. Very disappointing. If I have to make up my own room why do I have to pay full price for the second night?
