Location was convenient, right in Orillia. I was attending a show at Casino Rama. The motel is older, but everything worked fine in the room. It was very hot (high 70s ?) in the room because there is no thermostat or way to control the amount of heat. There were additional heaters in the room, but I can't imagine you'd need them. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Mattress was very comfortable, bedding and towels were nice and white/fresh/clean. Room had TV, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker. It was inexpensive and worked out fine as I really only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Met my needs for a couple nights stay.

Old motel

Location was amazing, close to everything we needed. Very walkable. Rooms were warm and cozy with extra pillows. Staff were kind and helpful. Soon to be a beautiful boutique hotel.some, renovations in progress but nothing that effect are stay.

The place is old, expensive for its price but the location is great. Close to everything you need, the beach and the restaurants. Overall its a good clean place to stay for a night.

It's loud here. The room stinks. What a horrible place. I feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I should have driven up to Bracebridge and slept at home. What a waste of 160 dollars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. It is centrally located, close to the boardwalk, beach, and a grocery store (Metro). Our room was very clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. Basics in the room included a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, TV, and fridge. We would definitely stay there again!

2nd time I’ve stayed here and, once again, it did not disappoint! Absolutely my go-to place!!!

Good for 1-2 night stay. Across from the beach.

Walking distance to the water

Was a budget option, it’s in a sketchier area of orillia but within walking distance to some nice restaurants. It’s dated, old and in need of some upgrades but it’s fine for the solo traveler
