I will be returning next time in PW.

Freezing at night when we slept because the baseboard heaters are terrible.

Clean rooms with kitchen. Good place to stay!

Clean and comfortable.

The owner is friendly and accommodating. He easily rescheduled our stay after our plans changed. The rooms, although dated, were very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning staff! We were even able to watch some whale activity right from the front step of our room. I would recommend the Seaside Villa for your stay in Powell River.

I’ve stayed her a few times now And I’ve alway had a relaxing time Makes my time back home enjoyable I love Powell River ♥️

Could do with more lighting esp. over the sink. A standup lamp would be nice too. It’s comfortable and clean but does look rather dated.

The manager was nice on check-in

Old timey motel. Clean and convenient.

Very clean room. Very quiet…no a/c was not good. They had fans but some of the power outlets didn’t work. We had to kind of mcgiver the extension cord.

Motel was outdated. Cobwebs on ceiling. Average

Michael, the owner was great but the property was not well maintained. The room was okay, minus some spiders and bugs. The surrounding "RV/Mobile Home" area was trashy. We understand that the place might be going up for sale and the family is very busy, but the location could only be rated as "Having portential"

It was a good place to stay. We would stay there again.

Close to the water,reasonable distance to town, staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well equipped, but not having air-conditioning is completely unacceptable. Further, the people in the room beside us were sitting outside our window from 5 am until 7 am drinking and smoking. Again, not acceptable!

Very old and tired

Ok for a stop through. It’s an old building, pretty rough.

Basic accommodation. Was given the wrong room key. Had to return to office for correct key as room already occupied. Fan in bathroom extremely noisy. But rooms were clean and beds reasonably comfortable. Door needs adjusting and door knob doesn’t work well.

The property was byilt in and around the 1940's and has never been upgraded. The only way this place could be fixed would be to bulldoze it and start fresh. There were spiders in the bathroom, old cracked linoleum on the floor in the kitchen area, filthy carpet, broken screens on the wondow, no AC, just two fans (which was helpful), and the water ran yellow. Will never stay here again and hope no one else goes through the excruciating experience of staying here.

The pictures made it look like it was near the beach but it's across the road and no access nearby. It was clean and fine for a night stay.
