Sitting by the pool on our balcony was lovely! We enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to Hamilton city, and a grocery store is a block away for provisions. Convenient to the Rail Trail. The bathroom was well-appointed. The kitchen worked well. Lovely neighborhood. The host, Ms Dawkins, is very welcoming. The living room air conditioner did not work, which meant we had to leave the bedroom door open at all times to maintain cool - unfortunate for privacy, but the apartment did stay cool.

Clean, safe and affordable! Ms. Dawkins was super sweet and very helpful! Happily made change for the very convenient bus. Bus stop at the end of the street. 15 min bus ride to Hamilton for $3.50. Supermarket was 3 min walk and the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (Elbow) was 10 min walk. My unit had great AC and full kitchenette.

Dawkins Manor is quaint and quiet, located 5 minutes walk from the market, several mainline bus stops and the beach. I was in a unit that overlooked the pool, with a kitchenette, with great AC. Though a little dated decor-wise, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The shower water pressure wasn’t great but makes sense given the rainwater reclamation and conservation situation in Bermuda. The TV streaming stopped working after a couple nights and there is a daily charge for Wifi, likely a non-issue for anyone that has unlimited data on their personal device. Ms. Celia is a lovely human being and I recommend Dawkins Manor for solo, first time and repeat travelers to Bermuda looking for a safe and comfortable stay.

The property is in a perfect location. Supermarket 1/4 away opens at 7am. Staff and Mrs Celia Dawkins were wonderful. I will be sending many visitors their way. Close to the beautiful South Shore beaches! Go and have fun! Nice quite residential street.

AC only worked in one room. Pool was small without comfortable chairs. No reason to use it. Place was decent at best. You better have transportation if you are staying here.

Hi, I just returned from my stay at Dawkins Manor....Mrs Dawkins was a great host...don't expect the most updated furnishings and ammenities but you get what you pay for and it was a great value....super clean....nice amount of space...very centrally located...walk to market, the beach, bus stop....I will definitely stay there again when traveling back to the island.

Excellent value for Bermuda. Mrs. Dawkins was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and choice location. Close walk to the beach, groceries, churches, buses and the rail trail. Located in a safe family friendly neighbourhood.

Extremely kind and welcoming host

Ms. Dawkins is a wonderful proprietor and person, and every local we met in the area was wonderful as well. The lodgings are a few short blocks away from a grocery store, the bus line, and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Elbow Beach).

A very quiet little retreat. Only got to stay one night because of flight delays. Miss Celia allowed us to use the kitchen upstairs as a consolation for getting there late. We were able to walk to the grocery store and cook supper there. Had the whole pool area to ourselves.

Good location, clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dawkins Manor in Bermuda. The hotel is nestled in a safe neiggborhood, few mins from a supermarket and in a peaceful setting. It has a full kitchen which was very useful. The owner was very friendly and nice. Overall nice place to stay in Bermuda.
