Room was very clean, staff friendly, prompt, and provided helpful information about things to see and do around the area, good location with shops a few minutes away. Pet friendly place. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Was a great stay, nice new renovated rooms much different than current photos, and very friendly staff !

It was certainly adequate. However, the area could have been made more tidy. The court yard & swimming pool need cleaning up and the old couches in the side parking lot should be carted away. The blind over the window could not be lifted up. The chain was broken. The lady at the front desk during check-in showed exemplary customer service. It would be nice to have a bigger table for writing or eating on.

Three of us. It was better than expected! Staff were super friendly, they even showed us to our room! Room was clean and spacious.

There was a bakery and a grocery store too nearby so it felt good

The room looks to be brand new, renovated very nice beds, very clean. The pool looks nice to cold and not open when we stayed. The staff is excellent. My reason for not giving 5 stars is the clunky heater, every time it turned on it made a loud banging noise. Which did wake us up a couple times.

Staff could not get TV or internet to work. There were no table lamps for reading in bed. Unable to use the CIBC debit card to finalize payment. A unusually high $200 damage deposit.

Clean rooms and comfy bed!

This is a well deserved 2 star lodge. I gave 3 because the staff were friendly. Room seemed upgraded but still old tub & noisy fridge. Not a single hanger in the room & there was a used face cloth was still hanging in the bathroom.

Staff was very understanding and accomodating

Staff were great, room was tired, no usb ports old drapes. Chairs were hard as rocks, bathroom needs a complete redo, carpet needs to be replaced. The bed and linen were very nice and the tv worked good
