Very kind staff, clean, central, just perfect!!

Hintaluokaltaan edullisempi hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja aamupala hyvä. . Huoneessa oli melko huono äänieristys.

What a lovely hotel and location to explore the city! We would definitely stay at Marthahaus when we are in Bern again!

Very welcoming staff, good location with short bus/tram ride to train station. Good (cold) breakfast with lots of juice and coffee. A bit noisy at times - doors closing at all hours near shared bathroom and some neighborhood partying on Saturday night.

To be honest, this hotel is not too bad, very good location that is very close to train station. It’s clean and safe, it is a contactless hotel, no any staff inside the hotel, keyless doors, you have to check in online before arrival, get code by email. I have no problem get in, but it gave me hard time to get out. I couldn’t get out after I checked out, and stuck inside, the door was not open. Nobody can help, nobody picks up phone. How did I get out finally! Asked someone who just passed door, I gave him a code to open the door for me. It was very bad situation, I have to catch a train.

The hotel was very clean. It had a nice breakfast buffet. The bedding was great!

Godt hotel der er beliggende i centrum af Bern. Der er kun en kort gåtur til banegården, samtidig er der gratis transport i byen under opholdet. Hotellet er rent og velholdt, personalet er meget flinke! Morgenmaden er ok, dog ikke noget varmt.. Eneste minus er fælles WC på gangen og lidt problemer med parkering. Alt i alt - jeg kan anbefale et ophold på dette hotel!

People were nice and room was new and clean.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Ein Gemeinschaftsbad wird vier Zimmern zugeteilt und ist ebenfalls hygienisch sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein, veschiedene Brot-, Käse- und Fleischsorten, Müesli und diverse Getränke. An der Kaffeemaschine, wo auch Tee und Warme Milch/Ovomaltine zubereitet werden kann, durfte man sich rund um die Uhr bedienen. Das Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch den Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Balkon wurde erfüllt. Besonders schön finde ich, dass das Hotel inklusive Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen schafft. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Es war ein kleines spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, passend fü einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Besetzung an der Rezeption war durchgehen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Dicker Pluspunkt für den köstlichen, selbstgemachten Schokomuffin beim Frühstück!

Great location! Cozy hotel! Lots of care and attention to detail! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. A kitchen that guest could use to cook meals was great! The breakfast was perfect! Very clean. After a day of checking out the city we would come back to the hotel to find little cookies available at the coffee station. The hotel gave you the comforts of home! Rooms are small and the courtyard was loud when the doors were open. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect stay!

Helt ok ift.pris. Felles toalett og dusj på gangen. Hotellet ligger flott i forhold til sentrum .Renhold var veldig bra. Frokosten var helt ok
