จองห้องพักไว้ 2 ห้อง ในราคาเดียวกันได้ห้องติดกัน แต่ขนาดต่างกันโดยสิ้นเชิง ห้องหนึ่งเล็กมาก อ่างล้างหน้า อยู่ที่ปลายเตียง แทบไม่มีที่วางกระเป๋า ห้องน้ำก็เล็กเกินมีแค่ชักโครกกับห้องอาบน้ำ ขณะที่ อีกห้องใหญ่กว่า ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำ มีชักโครกและที่ปัสสาวะผู้หญิง จึงน่าจะเฉลี่ยให้เท่ากัน

รร ตั้งอยู่ในซอยเข้าไปเล็กน้อย อยู่ในย่านช้อปปิ้ง เดินทางสะดวก หาไม่ยาก ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ อาหารเช้าใช้ได้

อาหารเช้า น่ารักมากๆ บรรยากาศดีพนักงานน่ารัก แค่ประหวัดไฟไปหน่อย คือ มืดๆ ไม่ค่อยเปิดไฟค่ะ ลิฟท์มีปัญหานิดหน่อยค่ะ นอกนั้นโอเคค่ะlocation. ใจกลางเลย

Desayuno aceita le aunque no hay nada caliente

The room was very clean and beds made daily. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The continental style breakfast was very good, with delicious bread/rolls/pastries. It was self service, which we prefer. We had a big balcony, which was lovely, though not a great view, due to the location, surrounded by other buildings - though in the centre of town. The decor/furniture was a bit dated and could do with being modernised. However, we had a great stay!

駅から近くて周辺にはショップが多く、山へ行くにも買い物にも便利で、朝食も美味しくてコスパ的にもとてもよかったです。ちょっと残念なところはバルコニーからの風景がいい景色ではなかったことくらいですかね。旧型ですが、エレベーターもあります。

The information that Matterhorn Ski Paradise is at 1 minute distance (0.0 or 0.7 km) is wrong and misleading. The walking distance is at least 15 minutes. Good breakfast. Overpriced for a two starts hotel.

Excellent property center of the town and close to the railway station. All shops and pharmaceutical's closeby walking distance. Can see Matterhorn the toblerone chocolate logo beautifully from the church point. The only drawback in the room is the charging outlets. But the receptionist was very helpful in providing universal plugs. Our room was very spacious with a huge balcony. Electric kettle is provided but bring your own tea/coffee.

This hotel is very horrible. When I checked in, I told the clerk at the front desk that I am a 70-year old man and I need a convenient room. The room assigned to me is on the fourth floor, room number is 40, which is not a regular room. In this room, the ceiling of shower area is very low, and I can’t have a shower and stand strict up, my head hitting the ceiling. … I was hurt … This room should not be put in the market for servicing guests. I request that my money should be fully refunded I will fight for it.

Great location from the train station and right in town. Just a short walk away! It was easy to walk to the Gornegrat too for skiing. Everything was a 3-5 minute walk away. Convenient and nice rooms/clean stay. The free breakfast included was so nice to have as well. I would definitely stay again during my next trip to Zermatt!

This hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. While the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler. A simple breakfast buffet is included, which is a nice touch. Though the amenities are a bit dated, they are fully functional. Overall, it’s a solid, dependable choice for a short trip.

Old but good option since it is one of the least expensive in town (everything else is super expensive)
