Had a great stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options - fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereal, meat and cheese or pastries. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again :)

Excellent location and not far by Uber or walking to downtown area of Punta Arenas. Owner/ manager was friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely would book again.

Hotel Albatros is a gem - we stayed twice (before and after Torres del Paine) and were beyond pleased. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable, the beds are wonderful, the staff is very attentive and helpful, and we loved the breakfast. This is a great choice in Punta Arenas and we would absolutely stay here again.

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig, vor allem das Bad. Am Boden hingen noch Staubflusen und Haare, zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig: zu beiden Zimmerseiten verliefen scheinbar Abflussrohre, die jedesmal wenn in einer anderen Etage jemand die Spülung betätigt hat einen Lärm verursachten als würde das Zimmer geflutet, um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen. Sicher alles in allem okay, um eine Nacht abzusteigen, aber zu diesem Preis eine Frechheit.

Great place and super clean. They packed us breakfast because we had an early excursion.

A estadia não correspondeu a expectativa. Uma parte do hotel estava em obras o que ocasionou varios episódios de falta de energia nos comodos e tambem havia cheiro de tinta no andar superior. O acesso a internet estava deficiente no andar superior tambem. A localizacao é boa e o atendimento foi bom assim como o cafe da manhã.

Very nice BandB close to the town centre. Very comfortable and clean, and the hosts are very helpful and kind.

This is not a hotel, it seems more like a bed and breakfast. Rooms are small and very noisy, can hear everything through the walls.

Excelente estadía, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite, el desayuno estuvo excelente y la habitación también, todo muy limpio y con las debidas medidas de seguridad por el Covid.

部屋はとても綺麗。夜遅くのチェックインだったが、問題無く入れてくれた。バスタブが小さいけどついている。寒いのでありがたい。

Good option in a town with marginal places to stay. Within walking distance to center of town. Staff is eager to please.

There was no receptionist when I arrived. I called the hotel several times and Expedia several times. I waited 3 hours continuously returning to the hotel. I ended up not using the hotel and finding another hotel. The next day the manager apologized. He seems to think his receptionist left and went to a party.
