Great Stay ! Best Location EVER ! 250 yards from the Costanera Shopping Center with supermarket, laundry, money exchange, etc., safe clean section of town. As you walk out of the apartment 2 yards to the right of the apartment doors is a Dunkin Donuts, and 3 yards to the left is a Castano Coffee and Bakery, across the street a Carl's Jr., SubWay Sandwiches 50 yards away. Apartment on the small side but everything well laid out. WiFi in the apartment excellent. TV had lots of channels, but as usual few in English. Minimal noise even though facing busy street. HUGO the Manager very nice and helpful. Minor complaints are: small bathroom but everything worked well, no telephone in room to make local calls, could use a little more lighting in kitchen & living room. Plan to stay here again next trip and tell friends traveling to Santiago Chile to stay here.

Very good location to stay. The coffee break could be better. Also the air conditioning of the room is very noise. The bathroom tub should have non-slip mat once the floor is smooth and the person can fall.

El Bosque suite is a perfect place for whom is looking for a good location with moderate price and want to have some additional space during your stay. I had been in other option in the area and this was the best cost vs benefit. I appreciated the nice breakfast they offered in the Havana coffe shop. I just can say it was a nice experience!!!

Fomos em quatro pessoas 2 crianças dois adultos adorei,tudo localização ao lado de um shopping Costanera Center maravilhoso que tem ate super mercado jumbo dendro e todas as grandes marcas de perfumes a loja chama feira de paris, os funcionários do Hotel educados super recomendo....

O quarto é bom, exatamente como nas fotos. Comprei com café da manhã, mas chegando no hotel não existe serviço de café da manhã. Somente consegui conversar com o gerente na segunda-feira, 2 dias depois de chegar mas não foi resolvido pois segundo o gerente o serviço de café da manhã foi descontinuado há 2 meses. Não fui avisada disso pela hoteis.com. Os funcionários, apesar de tantos brasileiros na cidade não entendiam nenhuma palavra, nem portunhol. Nao sabem dar informações. O hotel ficou 2 dias sem trocar as toalhas ou fazer limpeza do quarto.

Excelente ubicacion a metros del subte y de Costanera Center. No lo recomiendo para gente con niños. Solo para adultos.

Excelente localização e atendimento no escritório. O gerente muito atencioso. Próximo ao shopping Costanera. Ao lado do hotel tem uma padaria Castano e Café Havanna, o que facilita para fazer um lanche ou comprar alguns artigos e levar para o hotel.
