Great location and probably the best property we stayed at during our trip to South America. From the garden you have a great view to the volcano and everything is within walking distance. I’m definitely staying here if I return to Pucón.

They made us move twice to different locations and they couldn’t find our reservation. They also made us pay for a night we didn’t stay there. I would go somewhere else.
