This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!

網上評級非常高，感到有點中伏！閘門關上，又沒有門鈴，想打電話搵人，擾攘一陣，職員來開門，仲覺得點解自己唔伸手入閘開門！房間在一樓要行樓梯！房間偏細、沒有景觀可言！有一陣濃濃怪味（事後，我估當地清潔劑/spray…. 因為之間改住另一間，亦有少少類似怪味）早餐6點開始，方便去百內國家公園或join local tour.

Tout près de la gare de bus et ± 10 min du centre-ville à pied. Personnel très gentils. Chambres un peu petites, mais pour une nuit, ce n'était pas très important. Peu garder vos bagages si vous retourner y coucher après votre séjour dans le parc national. Petit déjeuner inclus.

Great all in all, specially the receptionist, Valeria, who really was here to help. Thank you so much, Valeria!! Only note, we couldn’t find the remote control, silly, I know. But that’s why they didn’t get the 5 🌟 Anyway, I didn’t come here for the telly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful night after returning late from W hike. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Made a bag of ice for my sore knee. The shower was excellent, the bed comfortable and the room quiet. A taxi was called for us in the am. Breakfast was perfect. Price was reasonable and just a few blocks from bus station. Would highly recommend.

Nur 10 min vom Busterminal entfernt. Auch das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist nett, die Zimmer sind sauber, die Duschen sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Nice, small hotel with a breakfast. Convenient as a stop to Torres del Paine

We lived in one night then went to Torres del Paine, came back to live in one night again for next day bus towards El Calafate. Staffs were so nice and location is so close to bus terminal.

The hostel was great. Well located near bus station and about 1 very walkable km from center of town. Great shower. Typical breakfast ( eggs, toast, juice, cereal, cake, cheese, meat). Very clean. Helpful staff.

Great clean room. Breakfast was good. However I wish they would refill the breakfast supplies for guests who start breakfast bit later around 8am. Some things like scrambled eggs was running low but wasn’t refilled

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy and clean with very reasonable price. Location is good with 6-7 minutes walk to bus terminal.

O Hotel América atendeu todas as nossas expectativas. Custo benefício bom. Café da manhã feito com muito cuidado, quartos limpos e banheiros arejados.
