Staff were good. The activities put on each day were plentiful and really great. The private room wasn't great, without a window and thin walls. Lovely leafy area of Medellin. The gym was not good, with no cardio equipment.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful.

Very friendly staff especially Ana in the rooftop bar and Christian with his food and cocktail lessons. You’ll have access to all the parties and social connections you’ll need and all the tours you need can be booked right there.

Un hostel con una buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro, así como de una gran oferta de restaurantes y áreas verdes para caminar. Se ofrecen diversas actividades para conocer a otros huéspedes y los sitios turísticos. La habitación privada cuenta con lo necesario para una grata estadía. Las instalaciones son agradables y con buen mantenimiento. El staff del hotel tiene un trato muy amable y disponibilidad para apoyar.

Excellent team.

I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel, where guests are not allowed to visit after 10:30 PM. I guess reason is that reception is not open 24h and only guard works there after 10:30. So if you think you'll be lucky at the end of the night, you won't be at this hotel.

This hostel is good all around, but what I like the most is the personnel, everyone is friendly, professional, and willing to help, the receptionists, the cafeteria employees, the supervisors, the cleaning staff, the security guards every body. I rate them EXCELLENT PLUS !!! That is why I have been there before and that is why I’ be back again.

I lovedddd it. Everything! The only thing that was quite bad was the noise level but i shouldve asked to be moved and i didnt.

This is one of the cleanest hostels I’ve stayed in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and overall great.

THE STAFF, this guys and girls, all of them, are really helpful and friendly in every situation they go the extra mile to help you, the same goes for the ladies at the Tours Desk and the Cafeteria personnel. I will consider all of them Excellent Plus

We loved our stay at Los Patios in Medellin. The staff were friendly and Sarah made sure that, even though we were very early for our check in, our room was ready as soon as possible so we could sleep after our long flights. The rest of the staff were eager to answer questions and give recommendations. They spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. The private room we got was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was exceptional. The area around the hostel has amazing restaurants and entertainment and it is easy to walk to other neighborhoods. The hostel is quite loud at night and we could hear music playing until about 3am every night but we expected this because it has a young atmosphere and the neighborhood hosts a lot of parties. So if you are wanting something quieter this may not be the place to stay. It didn’t bother us though! This is a great place to meet other travellers as well. They sell water and other drinks in the lobby however it is cheaper to buy them from the markets beside the hostel. If you need a fun place to stay in Medellin this is the place!
