We had a fantastic time at our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive and the room was very nice.

My family stayed for 3 nights. The hospitality was excellent and we all enjoyed our stay. The other guest seemed content and satisfied and it was lovely become acquainted with them. The riad was very nicely furnished and had several different courtyards to relax after a day visiting Marrakesh in the hot sun, where they offered the typical mint tea. My husband and son used the spa and had a great massage. Friday night Coucous is a must...Delicious! Location should be noted. You need to walk for 15 minutes through the main square to get taxis, on arriving and leaving. Not the easiest with luggage and crowds of people. But the riad staff can organize a porter. I suggest you make transportation arrange with them, especially on your arrival.

This riad is truly a gem. It’s beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff were top notch and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Once inside, you’re in a calm and magical oasis away from the heat and bustle of the city. With the excellent customer service, beautiful space and great location, this is quite possibly my best lodging experience ever - I never wanted to leave! Bonus points for going out of their way to provide me with gluten-free breakfasts (gf bread and even crepes!) without me asking.

Wir wurden in dieser woche nie gefragt wie wir zurecht kommen, oder ob sie uns bei ausflügen behilflich sein konnten!nie was gereded. Das war beim letzten riad völlig anderst!war schade..würde das riad nicht weiter empfehlen!

Decent place, but when we first got there the manager didn't seem to have time for us. We were told nothing about the neighborhood and he said he would tell us about it the next day but did not. Everything else for the most part was great as long as you had the write staff in place. Some of the staff was better than others but the place was lovely.

The people working at this riad are such friendly and kind people. They are super welcoming and easy to chat with. I love the riad too and the design of everything. You need to stay at a riad if you travel to marrakech. And this one is super convenient for location.

this place is fabulous. the location is perfect, the rooms areSTUNNING, the staff is EXCELLENT, this is in the main market area, loads of places to eat, shopping and is picture perfect. its safe for solo travelers (women), the rooms are from architectural digest, beautiful appointed, i had a rooftop deck, the pool is wonderful aftwr a sweaty day of constant hassle in the markets. i loved all the places to eat on the main square. yiu have a real sence of morocco and marrakesh. the food quality was 10! and the service wonderful. loads of hot water amd water pressure! there are groond level rooms for anyone thats not good with stairs. killer location too boot. trust me, book this place!

Amazing. Every part.

Extremely attentive and wonderful staff. They aim to take care of you and they do it well! Nice breakfasts and the dinner we had was absolutely delicious. Also, do take advantage of the airport transfer service they offer, it is well worth it. The room (Urantia Suite) was lovely. The riad itself is a very quiet and nice oasis away from the chaos which is about a two minute walk away. Would definitely go back if in Marrakech.

The location is ideal — quiet, yet so close to all the action. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, and their hospitality is second to none. The riad itself is beautiful, with a stunning rooftop offering breathtaking views. I especially loved the authentic local breakfast – a perfect way to start the day. The Hammam and spa experience was incredible – it’s a must-try! The traditional room was both spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, charming details, and a separate lounge area that added an extra touch of luxury. From beginning to end, this was the perfect stay, and I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and memorable experience in the heart of the city.

Que du bonheur ! Nous avions déjà séjourné au Riad Itrane ,il y a quelques années,un paradis ! Et c'est avec un grand plaisir, que nous y avons repassé plusieurs jours. Tout y ai parfait, la decoration, le service, la gentillesse de toute l équipe !!! La nouvelle direction a plein de nouveaux projets, cuisine d été sur les magnifiques terrasses... Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir dans quelques mois ! A très bientôt et un grand Merci.

I loved this Riyad and the service is impeccable! The and spa services were top notch. They were very accommodating to our needs as well. Please note though that our room had a queen bed rather than king as listed. Also, a bidet would have been greatly appreciated. Still highly recommend though as it is stellar!

The service could be faulted nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was fresh to order and never the same 2 days running. The rooms were clean tidy and well presented. We took the offer of them collecting us from the airport for €25 this is a bit pricey but we may have struggled at first to find the riad. Coming home we took at local taxi for €10. Overall fabulous stay.

Great service right in the middle of Medina but cut off and quiet
