Clean, never saw a staff but was well informed how to get to our room (late arrival). Great experience for somewhere to cash for the night, rise early and get back onto the rd.

Super cute lodge in a semi remote location. Amenities are spectacular (jacuzzi, small gym, library, fireplace) and the room itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and shower was more than warm enough. Hosts were extremely kind - we failed to realize we could not check in after hours, but they responded immediately when we called and showed us around the place. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning. Would visit again! The attention to detail and spectacular service make it a worthwhile stop even if it’s out of the way.

Loved the rustic atmosphere and enjoying a warm fire while sitting in the beautiful common room. We will return in the spring!

Didn't realize how far outside of Drummondville this place was. It was okay and met our need. Just a limited continental breakfast was provided.

Perit coin tranquille.

Tout était très propre et il y avait un déjeuner fourni. Il n'y avait que deux oreillers, très minces, et le lit était très ferme. Les instructions d'arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture étaient très claires.

Check-in was a bit quirky as we arrived at 8 pm after the reception closed. Once we figured things out, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast plentiful. Part of the problem was our part as we are from the States and don't have easy access to wifi, which is how the staff communicated with us while we were en route.

Needed a place to stop for a night during a long road trip. Not far off the major highway but was secluded and quiet for peaceful nights sleep.

Honnêtement, j’ai été assez déçue de mon séjour à l’Auberge Papillon-Lune. Le personnel m’a semblé plutôt hautain, même si je reconnais qu’ils ont quand même fait un effort en m’accommodant avec un petit poêle chauffant. Sur place, on annonce une cuisinette, mais en réalité il n’y avait pratiquement rien, et on m’a chargé un surplus pour absolument rien. Les chambres sont mal mises en valeur, avec une déco vieillotte, et il n’y a pas grand-chose à faire aux alentours. L’endroit donne plus l’impression d’un petit camping un peu négligé qu’autre chose. Cela dit, je souligne que la chambre était propre, mais dans l’ensemble je n’ai vraiment pas trouvé de points forts à cet hébergement

Très belle endroit, propre, le personnel est vraiment gentil. La seule bémol est le déjeuner, aucun fruits, produits laitiers, œufs.

The location is calm and beautiful, the Auberge id cozy... my only concern was about the week breakfast! Votre petit-déjeuner manquait de protéines et était trop riche en glucides seulement, ce qui m'a déçu. J'ai même demandé des œufs pour le deuxième jour (sur la carte des demandes), mais sans succès.

Un endroit agréable , des gens gentils et professionnels, un accueil chaleureux. Nous étions à cinq dans un superbe appartement très propre, très indépendant. On se sentait vraiment en sécurité. Bon team, bravo!
