Yes it was very pet friendly

The room was great. With the ability to book most rooms to a common shared common area it adds another level of options. Hosts were great and prompt. Perfect location, I am already booked again for my next visit!

I didn’t meet any staff. I couldn’t work the TV and no instructions were there.

We stayed in the Hideaway Suite for the weekend and had an amazing time. The room is smaller but cozy. The hotel is directly opposite the boat museum and close to restaurants, a fun park and the beech. The AC was a bit in the noisy side and traffic could be heard until around 9pm.

Enjoyed our stay. Good view.

Was an awesome location on lakefront however for price and it being shared accommodations it felt a little awkward.

The location was amazing!! Walkable to the main strip, restaurants & breweries. Our room was the perfect size for my husband, dog and I, with a patio - perfect for people watching! We will be back!

Property is immaculate. Had a very nice stay. Will stay here again when in Penticton. Staff was great and super accommodating.

Very nice, mattress is too soft snd the small fridge did not have a freezer to hold ice. Other than that, the unit met our expectations and the location and parking were great

A beautiful property close to everything in town. Very comfortable room - loved the balcony looking outside to the city Rose Garden and the lake.

It was good! There was no water bottles in the room like it was posted

Good ambiance.

The place was nice, however the walls were pretty thin and you could hear other people arriving and leaving. The tv wouldnt work for us and the bathtub drained slowly. However the bed was comfy and it was very clean and neat.

The location is near the lake and literally over a main road, making it very noisy until midnight (in October).
