No microwave in room , small standing shower, do not expect welcome like hotels, not bad .

Pour le prix, c’était parfait pour nos besoins. Nous avions seulement besoin d’une place à coucher et nous n’avons pas resté très longtemps dans la chambre. Je ne comprends pas les mauvais commentaires. C’était propre et parfait si tu as seulement besoin d’une place a coucher. Il n’y a pas de télé n’y séchoir mais il y a un gros frigo. Pour le prix, je retourner à cet endroit qui est vraiment très bien.

It was close to the Isabel bader hall, and the price was excellent. Although it seemed busy (parking lot very full), it was very quiet. I recommend staying here.

Low price. Not far from downtown. Had to pay separately for 24hr parking, which included in/out. Acceptable for overnight stay during travel through Kingston.

Really bad washroom was dirty no microwave

AC was on and off. Not good with the recent hot weather. Very uncomfortable and humid in room without AC.

Im reading reviews and wondering what ppl expect out of STUDENT dorms, not notorious for luxury...they were clean had lots of TP, soap and towels. Sure the shower was 'dorm' quality and no tv or radio but who uses hotel tvs anyway, we all have our own devices. The location was great and staff as friendly as they needed to be. I wasnt trying to make friends. Was perfect for us.

You really need to have at least one microwave in the building . It is a student residence so the kids will also be able to use it during the school year. had to walk rightr across the campus to get access to one .

Well managed practical stay. Clean and convenient. A little out of the way without a car. And it is a dorm. But a good value in a city with high hotel rates.

We’ve stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Checkin was easy. Basic accommodations, single bed separated by a bathroom with shower only. Bed is ok, linen is ok. Pillow provided is flat - another one would have been nice. Fridge in the room, counter but no microwave, coffee maker etc (which was fine). Laundry and vending machines were available.

Perfect for economy minded person

It was not the easiest or most lovely stay. The price was good. The towels and toilet paper good. Staff did their best and were very friendly.

The residence was convenient, well priced and not too bad if you aren't a 5* person. We had 4 adults in 2 double rooms which was perfect. Wish they had a coffee maker and iron but there is a cafeteria in the next building.

This property has single beds (it's a dorm), which are separated. Good to keep in mind if you're staying with a partner.. For a short and affordable stay, it's convenient. At check in, the staff wouldn't honour the price I was quoted on Expedia, and was not very forthcoming with helpful information. But once Expedia contacted the manager, I was politely refunded the difference upon check-out.

It is a dorm converted to a hotel during the summer. It is a very clever idea. The price is fair and the palce was clean. I think it needs a TV in every room.
