Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The electricity was cut off for more than four hours in the middle of the summer heat, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Definitely keep that in mind if you’re considering staying here. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. The female Egyptian receptionist was particularly rude and showed absolutely no concern about what guests were dealing with. Not even a simple apology was offered. Electricity issues can happen, but how a hotel handles the situation says a lot. The very least the staff could have done was apologize, acknowledge the inconvenience, and offer some kind of assistance. Instead, we were met with rudeness and indifference. Never staying here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid.

It was a pleasant vacation and all the staff were very cooperative and rooms were clean and the food was amazing
