TODO EXCELENTE, no hay donde salir a comer pero como departamentos estan perfectos

En el lugar todo excelente, solo que a una cuadra está un bar y había música en vivo! Por lo tanto mucho ruido, hasta las 2 am

The cleaning lady was nice. The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The sea view from the second bedroom was obstructed with construction next door, the glass on the “balcony” was filthy…it’s a shame that you do business with such a horrible place.

Poca limpieza y falta de agua caliente. Muebles sucios y falta de agua caliente en los baños .

el hotel muy bonito solamente que la calle de la entrada principal muy fea y la playa en frente del hotel tiene no es para bañarse es muy fuerte el oleaje

El lugar limpio y cómodo. La alberca limpia. Me la pase bien, buen clima.

El lugar esta bien, es comodo, es privado, la playa no es para bañar, la alberca esta bien para el tamaño del condominio, el wifi es demasiado malo, la riega mucho el taller de llantas que esta enfrente demasiado ruido, pero en general esta bien el lugar.

At time at getting into the office the manager was talking to a staff person and didn't attend me until finished their conversation, I felt ignored. Then the lady turned nice at checking in. During the days we were staying the weather was kind of nice, no too hot. During the day leaving the main door and the balcony door open was great. But at night, in my room, was a little to hot, guess what? the AC unit didn't work. The place was OK but, out of three AC systems only one was working. At the first morning being there a person called me for a survey. I reported the AC's Later one man showed up to work on them. I supposed he couldn't fix them. Another person came to try to fix the units. Well at the last day of our staying they fixed the unit at living room only. So not a single nite I slept well. We were having a technician with leader an tools in most of the time. I didn't received any apology or sorry at all, I felt care less.

En general muy bien solo dos detalles a mi parecer importantes aire acondicionado de sala no sirvió por lo que el 5to huésped paso mala noche ,pues su cama fue el sillón segundo al entregar departamento te dicen que puedes usar las instalaciones que el chiste es entregar puntual tu depa pues estábamos en área de alberca subimos a área de hidro o jacuzzi como le dicen ellos y nos bajaron entonces ojo no todas las instalaciones te dejan usar después de entregar el departamento . Y no hubo la consideración de dejarnos usarlo dado que el aire acondicionado no sirvió , pienso que podían haber aplicado una por otra

requiere tener mejores proviciones en cuanto a shampo, jabon, pañuelos desechables, kit de baño de mejor calidad y tener cuidado con la limpieza de las sabanas, ya que encontre manchas de sangre de antaño.
