Solo el internet no funcionaba muy bien pero fuera de eso todo muy bien

La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy amplia y limpia. Lo único es que no ay estacionamiento ahí tienes que dejar el carro en otro lugar y caminar

Excelente ubicación y staff. La alberca 10/10 El hotel requiere ya remodelación de cuartos, super limpio pero ya muebles y baños viejitos. La TV del 27 no servía pero el A/C perfecto.

This property is nice, great customer service, room was nice and clean. The only thing was the hot water. It will go away and then come back. The first night we did showered with cold water.

The problem was you can hear everything that is going on in the other room. If you have kids with you that is a major problem. Especially when they ask what why a woman was screaming next door.

El hotel esta bien a secas, tuvimos dificultades con el estacionamiento, las instalaciones no son modernas y hacen falta algunas cosas como un tapete de baño para salir de la regadera, disponibilidad de hielo y despues de las 10:00 pm ya no habia personal de asistencia.

Lo unico alberca cierra tempra bueno mas bien area de albercas

Clean room right in the center of party zone. Walking distance to the bar areas. Staff was spot on until I noticed a double charged and advised that they only have a manager on site Monday-Friday and could not do anything about the situation. Advised for us to send a WhatsApp but we do not use the app asked use to send an email to reservation email on their card and have not received a response since 3/21. Showed bank statements of both charges and how the it went through. Bank charged me international fee twice. Still have no heard back from the hotel.

Good, not great room. Nothing was bad, just wasn't one of the nicer places I've stayed at. For the price, I was very satisfied with the place. Area around is fun, lots of things to do locally.
