A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!

El hotel no respeto mi reservacion con desayuno incluido. el cual habia sido agregada en mi reservacion mediante expedia. El personal se nego que porque no hice reservacion directamente con el hotel. sino van a respetar los servicios deberian de quitar el hotel de Expedia.

Todo estaba bien, solo hubo un problema, habia muchos mosquitos, espero puedan poner mosquiteros en las ventanas

La habitación de encontraba en perfecto estado de aseo y la atención fue buena.

Servicio e infraestructura

Las habitaciones son extremadamente chicas, no fue para nada de mi agrado. El baño igual muy pequeño.

Habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias y acogedoras. Se escucha cuando caminan las personas en el pasillo. Aun asi esta bueno.

Excelente localização

Muy limpio, muy cómodo, muy agradable, pero ojalá le bajen el sonido a sus radios o les den algún audífono, super fuerte el sonido y eso fue lo que siempre nos despertó

El servicio en la mañana en el desayuno un poco rispido no se si no les gusta que uno pague el desayuno. se nota la diferencia en el trato al comensal.
