Excelente lugar para hospedarte, muy cerca de la laguna

The hotel was peaceful and beautifully maintained. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

El Sr. Rolando fue un gran anfitrión durante nuestra estadía en Bacalar. Tuvimos un percance médico y el nos asistió durante ese tiempo que no sabíamos para donde ir. También nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para comer rico, tour a la laguna de 7 colores y todo a buen precio en el area al igual que para irnos a dar un masaje. La estadía en este hotel fue perfecto especialmente por el Sr. Rolando y sus atenciones.

Property wasn't as it's on Expedia publication pictures, property was not well maintained. Staff was friendly but I only see them when my husband and I arrived. Location was kind of far from the center and we didn't feel safe while walking at night due to poor street lightning. I found out better and cheaper places when we explore the town. I will not stayed here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful!. Close to the town and Lagoon! Lots of choices for restaurants and shops. Tours are very affordable.

La atención fue muy buena, nos apoyaron con el paseo en lancha a la Laguna, también con muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. El Sr. Rolando es muy amable y con mucha disponibilidad. La propiedad es pintoresca y las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas.

The staff, ronaldo?, was great. I was concerned about parking as we had a vehicle packed to the brim and didn't want to fully unload it. He allowed me to park in his spot inside and kept things safe for me. He was attentive to my concerns and was going to allow me to go to another hotel without any cancellation issues even!

Todo muy bien , limpia comoda, las habitaciones

No servía la TV, no se veía bien ni se escuchaba, el trato de la señora terrible, con mala cara, el señor amable y al otro dia mando a componer la TV (el cable) para que pudiéramos verla, tal y como dice en Expedia que tienen TV con cable. Pero no me gusto nada las instalaciones para el precio. Por el mismo precio hay muchos lugares mejores y hasta con alberca.

The staff was very helpful and friendly the rooms were ok the shower head was clogged very little water coming out of the shower head

Cuando tomamos habitación, el cuarto no olía bien, no creo que hayan desinfectado la habitación, el estado del baño de la regadera no son muy buenos, la regadera estaba muy tapada, La pintura de las bases de las camas está muy deteriorada, y aparenta tener una falta de mantenimiento. La recepción y la entrada estaban sucios

The entire property is beautiful. Very airy and clean. Bright colors. Very safe. The ac worked well. Comfortable beds. Hot water. A little store next door. The owner so helpful and friendly. 10 out if 10.

Good budget friendly hotel

Un couple privé qui donne du coeur à louer leurs quelques chambres de plein pied à 5 minutes du centre de Bacalar. Simple et propre, très accueuillant, sécurisé (aucune fenêtre vers l'extérieur de la propriété et cadenas apres 22h). Le meilleur arret de notre séjour au Mexique, malgré une météo orageuse. Le lit pourrait etre un peu plus long (comme pour tous les autres hotels visité) mais nous sommes globalement très satisfait et plus satisfait que les 5 autres hotels (professionel). Merci beaucoup pour votre acceuil!

La recepción fue fría y de mala gana, después cambio, la habitación huele a humedad, y no tiene regadera solo un tubo por el que sale un chorro de agua, no regreso a este hotel ni aunque sea gratis

This hotel is located at the good location and the beaches are very beautiful
