friendly staff, clean well serviced rooms would visit again

Comfortable and clean room very close to major bus and train station. The only draw back was our room was too warm in the afternoon and even though a/c was running it wasn’t helping much! But the staff were very friendly and nice.

Like rhe services. Rhe front desk are very helpful especially Thao who changed our room to a more comfortable room. Great ataff and services. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely few nights during our trip to Zurich. The staff at the front desk were really helpful, telling us about the Spring Parade that was taking place during the weekend and helping us sort the free bikes that the hotel offers so we could cycle round the lake. The hotel style is unique and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the aesthetic. The location is perfect with Enge station a 30 second walk from the hotel, although it’s definitely close enough to walk into the old town within 10 minutes!

Was right across the train station, walkable distance to the lake and downtown Zurich. Breakfast option was okay. Front desk customer service was great.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and extremely clean, which made for a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more variety at breakfast. Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic location with all the transport links on the doorstop to enjoy looking around Zurich.

Nice location for exploring different districts of Zurich. Staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant, Choupette was the best meal we had in Zurich.

Great location, lovely and helpful staff. Hammed was extremely helpful and kind and welcomed us to the property. We were offered an upgrade and the room was perfect and included a balcony and kitchen. We stayed for 3 nights in total and left our luggage there for a night while we travelled. Breakfast was fine but could have included more hot vegetarian options.

Great location, fantastic amenities, the smell of the hotel was divine! Rooms were plush and cosy! Breakfast was average, but everything else excellent!

Excellent hotel with great staff and lovely modern rooms

Right on the tram line, super convenient but also quiet. Always seemed to be a line at the front desk - check in or check out - but other than that, wonderful service. Room was decorated in fun, funky way, best decor yet :) Get the room with the kitchen - cute seating area too, very worth it.

Perfect location and room

I loved everything about this hotel , but if I had to say one thing I wasn’t too happy about. The breakfast was a little boring. Scrambled eggs and bacon were the only two hot foods to eat . And when you don’t eat bacon there’s only scrambled eggs . The staff were great, the location so convenient. The little kitchen area in the room was so handy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We like everything, it was a perfect spot to get around the city, right across the tram station, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We love our stayed and will love to come back
