Arrived at 1:00 in the morning after extremely long travel day. Staff at front desk couldn't speak English so confusing. We booked a 2 bedroom, got there and only one bedroom. One was going to have to sleep on couch. This room was not in any of their pictures and nothing like them. Carpets very dirty. Couldn't contact owner despite several tries. Front desk finally came up around 2 am to unlock second bedroom. Were booked for 3 days but left as fast as we could in the morning

It is a scam! They ask for hidden fees upon arrival for the wifi and cleaning. $18 us dallors more per night and the apartment is gross and dirty. I have footprints on bedsheets and in the bathroom. Pots and pans have left over food on them. Wifi have terrible connection. The apartment is on a busy street and extremely noisy. When you contact management, they are rude and tell you to respect the apartment. They don't even understand basic English and have to have some else translate all the time. Don't book here! You will have the worst experience ever!

Horrible la experiencia, la persona que lo gestiona no sabe tratar con las personas, es una maleducada, me dió un departamento que no era el que había reservado, a 3 km de la zona donde lo seleccioné, ademas en la reserva tenia 2 camas, y el que me dió tenía una, le pedí por favor si podía traerme un estufa porque hacia 14 grados y tenia frío, me contesto que me esperara unos días y me aclimataría, finalmente me la trajo después de mucho quejarme y me cobro 30 dólares por día, una autentica ladrona.

It is a nice apartment. Bring your own shampoo though
