Great stay with FroGuestHouse. The guys helped me with a lost luggage issue and are available 24 hours if you need a late check in from an early am flight. Neighborhood is right in the middle of the Barranco action too, so well located and safe. All in all, worth a look.

A bit far away from most sites however local transit is efficient and cheap and taxis are affordable given the distances

Jordi muy simpatico y atento pero el lugar transmitia apatia ...el techo de la planta superior como de uralita hacia que la hanitacion fuera casi una sauna. Me parecio caro visto despues otras opiniones siendo 100 soles la noche.

Really sweet hostel with friendly staff located in artsy district of Barranco, Lima. Excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms, funky decor, comfortable friendly communal spaces. Convenient location - lots to see, eating places etc all within walking distance. Very safe area during day and evening. Good wifi. Staff is superb!

Un lugar con excelente ubicación para lo mejor de Lima. Cuenta con acceso cercano a sitios de transporte público, bares, restaurantes.

Very nice clean place, the staff was super nice and always ready to help, the place was within walking distance of several venues and was very easy to get to and from. We are very happy and will definitely come back with our kids.

En la publicidad no se expresó claramente que la habitación que elegí no tenía baño propio, sino compartido; así que tuve que pagar un adicional para ser trasladado a otra habitación con baño propio. Posteriormente, en el desayuno, cuando solicité una taza adicional de café, me lo negaron.

We had a big spacious room, huge bathroom and trendy / modern decor. Lovely staff who were really helpful. Breakfast was good too - warm bread and eggs, with fresh juice and tea/coffee. The location was great - only a short walk to parque de barranco and the mario testino museum etc.

The manager was so nice and helpful. He spend a whole day helping us get new passports after ours were stolen at the bus station. Breakfast is included in the price. It is basic but nice.

The guesthouse is a great place to stay in Lima. The price is reasonable, the room was comfortable and very clean. We (family of three) had 2 double beds and towels. The shared bathroom was very clean too and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Our host Jorge made us fresh orange juice and wonderful coffee. He was very friendly and made us feel like home. In the evenings we watched movies using the projector which was very relaxing. Barranco is one of the safer areas in Lima and still has lots of charm. Lima as such welcomed us very harsh and 4 robbers plus an official taxi took all our belongings and we were grounded for quite some time having nothing left except for the cloths we wore. Always be careful there !!
