Excelente localização, acomodação ampla, quarto bem decorado e aconchegante. Ponto de melhoria é o café da manhã, poucas opções.

Our first room was small and facing the inside of the ran down mall. They put a giant poster of the Machu Pichu to cover it. They were nice enough to move us to another better room. The location is also not a good neighborhood, though it is close enough the nice part of the old town.

Excelent place to stay, afordable, clean, big rooms and with super kind staff. I really enjoyed my stay with my family here.

El hotel bien, limpio, bonito y sin problemas. EL cuarto fue lo mejor, ya que para el precio, es grande, cómodo y tiene un baño muy bonito. Lo único que podría mejorar, es la presión del agua, que es baja. Y bueno en cuanto a la zona, si es bien comercial y no tan agradable, pero al estar cerca del centro, considero que vale la pena.

The hotel is not what showed on the websites.

The lobby was always in the dark… need to turn the lights on in the lobby so it looks like a reputable place. When we checked in we were told to run the hot water for 3-5 minutes so it would get warm, That is all we got was like warm water. The breakfast did not have much to choose from. The last day we were there it seemed like they were short staffed and did not have much put out on the counter or offered to us.

Comfortable place in a good location

Hotel provided early check-in ( for a price ). Which I was greatful for after a long bus ride from Nasca. Water pressure was excellent and hot, room also had air-conditioning. Great upstairs lounge area with views over Arequipa towards Mountains.
