I rarely write reviews unless a place sticks out. I am visiting friends in Lima but needed a night to myself because I wanted to go for a long run for marathon training. The area is great and I was able to easily run 15k on a great running path with so many other runners. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond for me. They greeted me warmly. Reminded me about breakfast. Had a generous check-out time, stored my luggage, and were just fabulous. Most importantly, though, is that I found myself in a travel bind with difficulty getting an Uber or taxi to where I needed to go. They contacted one and helped out with this. I was about to give up and call it a day because the travel issue was messing up my plans. They worked magic, though, to get me where I needed to go. This hotel is worth staying at if for no other reason than you can trust the staff is looking out for you. Excellent stay.

El hotel, está bien ubicado, el personal es atento y servicial, el desayuno es rico, lamentablemente el mobiliario de la habitación es viejo, huele mal, el ventilador del techo vibra peligrosamente, las almohadas y colchón terrible, el lavatorio de la habitación estaba rajado, deben invertir en mejorar estos aspectos del hotel.

Staff was wonderful. Close to several nice parks. Room was small and WiFi was spotty at best.

We lived our stay here. A more boutique hotel, we received personalized service. We especially appreciated how the staff could speak English, my Spanish is not very good. Loved the location, very walkable down to the water it up to shopping. Morning breakfast was wonderful too.

Runcu Hotel was an oasis in the heart of Miraflores. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were phenomenal and served us in English, which we appreciated with our very broken Spanish. They provided advice and were attentive and thoughtful.

Well itsure wasn't a four star hotel. But the staff was very kind and the location was excellent for me.

Ótimo em uma boa área. Os quartos são aconchegantes e com aquecimento. O café é simples, mas todos os hotéis do Peru são. Saímos bem cedo e eles fizeram um lanche para levarmos. Super bom o custo benefício.

Clean and reliable place with amazing front desk and customer service. English lacking sometimes but they use Google Translate if all fails.

Buuena situación, no desayunamos pues nuestro vuelo era temprano,nos dieron un pequeño desayuno para llevar. La habitación amplia aunque olía mal y nos dieron un ambientador.

Bien situé et pratique pour les déplacements, près de l'aéroport. Le personnels est très gentil et est toujoirs disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous aider pour planifier nos déplacements. Le déjeuner est ordinaire mais il a une super belle terrasse pour déjeuner

El mobiliario (salvo la cama, bien cómoda) está bastante tocadete y los sanitarios son viejos y de poca calidad. Las fotos son tan buenas que las sensaciones al llegar son algo decepcionantes. La recepción es muy atenta y te ayuda con lo que necesites. Puedes dejar las cosas después del check out para pasar el día y los desayunos son bastante buenos. No es mala opción calidad/precio.
