El lugar está increíble y muy limpio

I came to Utrecht to escape the noise and crowds of Amsterdam — unfortunately, staying at Bunk Hotel was the opposite of that. This place feels more like a restaurant and paid co-working space than a hotel. During the day, it is completely packed. If you’re lucky, you might find a wooden stool to sit on — actual work or lounge spaces are essentially nonexistent. Every desk and table is occupied across the ground floor, first floor, and even the guest-only third-floor area. The staff are also extremely rigid about checkout times. Despite the fact that pods aren’t cleaned for hours afterward, guests are required to check out at exactly 11:00 AM. If you don’t, expect repeated, cold, and frankly rude knocks right next to your bed — not a great experience, especially in a pod setup. The concept itself is interesting, and on paper it sounds great. Unfortunately, a good concept doesn’t always translate into good functionality, and in this case, it really doesn’t. If you’re looking for a calm, comfortable stay or a place to actually relax or work, this is not it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, eher für leichtes Gepäck, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und die Location selbst hat mir gut gefallen, eine Kirche zum Hotel umzubauen…cool

0 von 10 Experience. Augen auf bei der Hotelwahl. Das Zimmer war einfach besch*****. Preis Leistung absolut nicht in Relation. Man bekommt eine Gefängniszelle nur kleiner.

It was a fantastic building, must have been an old church. It was clean, the bed wasn't too soft (as they usually are at hotels), and I didn't need to interact with any staff. But the ones I did were very good, they predicted my needs before I could tell them what I needed and helped me with everything. The one and only bad things was that every noise from the corridor outside could be heard into the room, so it was difficult to fall asleep. I did fall asleep after a little while, but I would have enjoyed more peace and quiet.

Le lieu est super beau assez facile d'accès pour aller à Amsterdam et Utrecht vaut aussi de détour ! La cuisine est délicieuse et la chambre est fonctionnelle et les lits confortables.

Wonderful staff. Clean room. Shower difficult to understand (hot, cold, handspray, overhead) and my first room was cramped with a view of the restaurant. Weird and unattractive.

一階でレストランを経営してるので仕方がないのですが、夜12時ぐらいまでは騒がしく、12時過ぎないと静かになりませんでした。 思ったより狭い部屋でした。

Love so much Bunk for everything : super friendly staff & very helpful. Love the property, interior design, and the best dormitory ever. I just found a budget accomodation with luxurious & stars hotel standard service. I love Utrecht & Bunk !

Een fijne kamer, efficiënt ingericht. Leuk en hip hotel. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. We wisten niet dat er onze laatste nacht een aantal optredens in het hotel gegeven zouden worden, en dit was duidelijk hoorbaar op onze kamer. Dat was wat minder fijn.

Sehr hilfsbereites freundlich Personal. Tolles Konzept! Im Schlafsaal sollte man keine Platzangst haben. Fühlt sich ein bisschen an wie im MRT ;) Sehr wenig Platz außerhalb der Betten. Gute Kissen und Bettdecken. Man bekommt nur 1 Handtuch egal wie lange man bleibt. Die frischen Betten werden leider auf dem dreckigen Fussboden abgelegt und dort gewechselt - ist sicher dem wenigen Platz geschuldet. Fand ich nicht schön zu sehen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But if you are old or disabled please don't stay here the rooms are very small and if you have a spouse they will need to crawl over you to get to the bathroom at night. I was so happy to leave this hotel because I was looking forward to a normal size room.

Vi gjörde bort oss och valde en dubbelpod som visade sig vara överslafen, vilket innebar klättring in o ur sängen. Tacksam för ett byte till underslafen följande natt, och ett presentkort i baren som plåster på såren. Bekväma sängar och fullt belåten med hela stället.
