Location is great, near everything, major attractions, in the old town. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The guesthouse owner is nice and responsive. We like the room and the location. The only issue is the shower hot water which has problem to produce warmer water consistently. Although the guesthouse tried to fix the problem, it did not work out. We still appreciate owner offering use other room for shower.

Super friendly staff, great location and lovely room overlooking the square.

Lovely stay - very friendly and helpful staff. Room was super clean, simple and looked out towards the square. Nice breakfast. Steep stairs and no lift as others have said which is only a problem if you have bigger bags to carry. Despite being near the square, noise was not a problem. Would stay again. 😊

Sehr zentral was echt genial ist, aber sehr sehr laut. ( bei unserem Aufenthalt) Neben dran eine große Baustelle die bis spät in die Nacht arbeitet und natürlich die tolle Bar, die sich direkt neben dem Eingang der Unterkunft befindet und die Musik ab 22:30 anmacht. Kleines Frühstück aber vollkommen ausreichend, für uns zumindest. Das Personal sehr nett.

Bodde i leilighet med 2 soverom. Stue og soverom var bra. Kjøkkenkroken hadde det utstyret vi trengte til frokost, men det luktet utrolig ubehagelig. Badet veldig trangt og slitt. Beliggenheten var super, personalet veldig hyggelig og enkel, men god frokost som ble servert på rommet

A quirky apartment with two double beds and a dining table. Enjoyed the touch of having breakfast in our room and the bar next door was lovely too. Very close to transport links wherever ud need to go in town and friendly staff. Gangs of youths loitering aimlessly outside all day long was very off-putting.

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre-ville proche de tous les sites touristiques, notamment de la gare de Rossio pour aller à Sintra. Petit-déjeuner correct. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l'hôtel et se changer pour prendre l'avion. Personnel très sympa et de bons conseils. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Notre petite chambre était mansardée sur une grand partie de l'espace (donc peu commode) et située au 4ème étage (très pentue) sans ascenseur. Déconseillé pour quelqu'un de très grand, mobilité réduite ou grosses valises. Nous étions peu à l'hôtel, donc cela ne nous a pas trop déranger.

We arrived to this centrally-located hotel with very little trouble. Located in the center of Lisboa, it is very close to Restaurandores and Rossio metro stops, shops, dining, and tourist sites. We had not received the entry codes ahead of time but the hotel staff promptly provided the details and walked us up to our room. Located at the very top of the building, it was small but adequate for our stay and we were happy to find air conditioning available on a hot day. The included breakfast was a nice touch with a selection of breads, cheese, meats, juice, coffee, and fruit. Checkout was easy. Our single night stay required payment at the hotel and we could pay by card or cash. We paid cash for the nightly city tourist tax. We will definitely return and will recommend this small hotel to others visiting Lisboa in the future.

Logement lisbon guest house appartement "Mar" très bien placé dans le centre de Lisbonne mais un peu trop de vendeurs à la sauvette juste devant l'établissement qui peut impressionner au départ. Finalement on s'aperçoit vite hormis cela que le quartier est très agréable et au coeur même des lieux principaux de la ville. Lits confortables et logement très propre. Un micro onde dans la kitchenette serait le bienvenu. Petit déjeuner complet à conseiller servi de 8h à 10h.

We used this 'Guesthouse' for 4 hours prior to an early flight out of Lisbon. Be warned that it is not attended after a certain time of night (latchkey). The rooms and shared bathroom are clean, but sparse, un-heated, and very basic. This is more appropriately called a hostel. Be warned that there are a substantial number of African migrants who live on the streets directly in front of and beside the guesthouse. They are not dangerous or intimidating, but they are noisy throughout the night up to 4:00AM when we left. In addition, garbage is collected by trucks around 3:00AM. So, if you want to be able to sleep in peace in a warm room in winter, don't book here. This guesthouse was atrociously expensive relative to far superior nearby hotels. Not recommended

We came to Lisbon for three nights. We were blown away by the kindness of the staff. From accommodating an early check-in(we were with 2 smaller children), to a nice breakfast and overall attention to detail, we had a great experience. Thank you LSG.

The staff at the property made all the difference. They were very welcoming and accommodating . Our host Catarina and Luis were very nice. Accommodated us for early checkin and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our breakfast was served in the apartment. The property location is ideal. You can walk to all major attractions in 10 mins or less. The surrounding area was noisy and dirty, there were random homeless hanging in front of the property from 8am-10pm. It was not unsafe at any time. We very much like our stay and would recommend to others looking got decent accommodation

Hôtel pas du tout correct voir une arnaque ,il on même pas pris le temps de repondre et même pas un mail de confirmation .nous avons pas pu se rendre sur place pour cause médicale en urgence avec certificat médical. Donc jamais présenté à Hôtel nous avions demander de payer sur place .il on debite notre compte de la somme du week-end.280 euro .il veulent rien savoir et disent que c'est les conditions générales.nous sommes tres déçu car nous devions voyage au Portugal. Nous sommes pas prêt a revenir chez eu. Nous envoyons une procédure judiciaire A cette Hôtel afin on espère un terrain d'entente. Sinon il sera .A fuir .

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das team ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat sich super um uns und unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Das Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft war hervorragend!

La struttura è una bellissima proprietà in posizione centralissima. Ben gestita, pulita con una favolosa dotazione dei letti. La colazione è superlativa, con ottimi prodotti, diversa dalle solite. Siamo stati a maggio con una temperatura ideale. Unico neo che mi ha alquanto disturbato è il rumore nel corridoio. Persone che rientrano a tarda notte, a tutte le ore, nel nostro caso fino alle 3 e persone che partono presto, nel nostro caso già alle 5 .... sbattendo porte e chiacchierando ad alta voce nei corridoi.....morale: ho dormito forse un'ora. Peccato, perché la struttura merita rispetto

Nice stay. Only stairs in property. Not a problem for us. But be aware if stairs are a problem for you.
