Staff amazing Restaurant at the property amazing Rooms need some maintenance, nothing major just some touching up, i.e. a little lizard got in when no doors are open so must be some openings that need fixing. All in all its well worth the cost and i would stay there again as everything is 10-15 away even the current airport as they build a new international airport as thos country is on the rise rapidly

The hotel and the room was very clean! The people at the front desk was really nice to us. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and the servers were exceptional. The only issue I had was we didnt have a shower curtain or small bath towels. It took the 3 days to give me a shower curtain. I just brought small wash towels. There are no air conditioners but it was so comfortable in the rooms that we didn't need it. We had a fan and that was fine for us. Overall we were happy with the hotel experience and will stay there again

Great option in Kigali, particularly if you have an event at the convention centre, which is an easy 15-minute walk, with just one short steep stretch as you leave the hotel. Other pro's: - Newish building, modern design - Friendly, helpful front desk staff - Spacious room, decent kitchen area - Comfortable bed - Fitness room (though a bit small/crowded) - Breakfast buffet (not a huge selection, but good quality) - Good WiFi Cons: - The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, except by a curtain, so water ends up all over the floor. This seems like a common design in the region, but I found it really irritating.

This place has SO much potential - amazing apartment layout and location. The maintenance, house-keeping and build quality lets it down. Putting some dedicated focus on this will make a huge difference!

I didn't get the type of room l requested for onebedroom with 2guess , I was relocated to twobedroom . Anyway, all is well but l let them know what my booking was ahead of time . I even stay five days more. I like the place very much and nice and also clean, quite too

Just absolutely amazing

Hot water was available all the time. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. Very clean. I think they should make available air-conditioning though to spice up living there.

The bathroom in the Penthouse was not great because the one pressure was very low which make it's difficult to shower. Also, the hot water was not consistent in the showers in the bathroom

Had included a breakfast and transport however there was no breakfast and they had a hard time to confirm I had a free transfer.

The accommodation was good because there were various options, but the details were lacking. For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places. The restaurant was the worst part

Avoid Oasis Park Boutique Hotel – A Nightmare Stay I had a terrible experience at Oasis Park Boutique Hotel in Kigali. I am an American and upon arrival at the hotel, a guest was stuck in the elevator, and the staff acted like it was just another day—no urgency, no concern. Things only got worse from there. In just three days, I spotted cockroaches twice. The room had no AC and the fan was broken, and it took two full days just to get a simple shower curtain....I wish there is a spot to upload pictures for you to see my nightmare. DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THE ONLINE PICTURES. I cut my stay short and booked a room at another international hotel. The manager, Ghislain, agreed to refund me for the nights I didn’t stay at Oasis. But when it was time to actually process the refund, he stopped responding. The only thing I enjoyed at Oasis was the restaurant across the receptionist on the first floor. Overall, if you value cleanliness, functionality, and basic customer service, do yourself a favor—book elsewhere and save yourself from unnecessary headache.
