Pacasmayo is a hot place, the AC in tbe room barely blows cold air and I think they programmed the remote control to be that way ( i really think they are trying to save money on electricity making you feel uncomfortable) .... there is no iron in the room neither a hair dryer ... we called the front desk and they didnt provide them either. The cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable, i dont think they use clorox, neither i think they scrub the floor or shower walls ... it also needs a lot of maintenance ..

Als ich das gebuchte und bezahlte Hotel erreichte lag laut Mitarbeiterin keine Reservierung vor, kein freies Zimmer und somit keine Rückerstattung. Nach viermaliger Nachfrage beim Hotels.com Support ebenfalls nur leere Versprechungen und keine Hilfe und Rückerstattung. Traurig ich dachte immer ich bezahle mit meiner Buchung die Supportmitarbeiter. Scheinbar ist es hier nicht der Fall?!
