Inexpensive. Staff was friendly and accommodating.the sheets on bed were dirty and stained. There were bugs in the room. The water from the shower was brown and stained the towels.

The acoustic in the room was terrible, I felt like being in the street hearing the cars, people speaking outside

Het hotel is redelijk comfortabel, de kamer was in orde, de badkamer mag wel weer eens opgeknapt worden. Het restaurant serveerde 's avonds heel goede maaltijden. Maar het in de prijs inbegrepen ontbijt was zeer pover en de koffie zelfs slecht te noemen (kan je beter buiten het hotel in één van de vele acceptabele restaurants nemen).

Ubicado cerca a la plaza principal, en una zona tranquila. Los cuartos con balcón a la calle son tranquilos y ofrecen comodidad y buena vista. El servicio de lavandería es muy eficiente y cómodo. El costo del hospedaje es ligeramente alto a lo que ofrecen.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Plaza de Armas; Quarto matrimonial, não muito confortável; Atendimento da equipe muito bom! Recepção disponibiliza água e chá de coca a vontade.

the stuff was nice, we stayed for 4 nights and everyone was very accomodating. the rooms for couples do not have nice views so we had to change rooms to two double beds and put them together ourselves. bathroom needed more cleaning. the restaurant was amazing with nice craft beers, good service, good prices and good food.

Small rooms, smelly and thin walls thus noisy. Asked for King sized bed but only got queen size. Slow wi-fi.

El Tumi must be the Fawlty Towers of Peru. Very friendly staff, and very little that really works. The toilet in my room would only flush if I had the hot wayer tap in the sink running. The cold water tap in the sink would only run if the cold water tap in the shower was running. I was only staying one night so I didn't complain but enjoyed the fun. When checking out the reception took about 20 minutes to figure out what room I stayed in and how much I should pay. The room itself was a bit worn down but OK. The breakfast, however, was quite good.

We had a confirmation for our booking, but even by showing them our email from Expedia they left us without a room. Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! So, we have been left on the street... Not really a service you would expect from a 3 star hotel!

Excellent hotel - location was superb. In a quiet part of town away from all the traffic & noise. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely professional & helpful in every sense! Thanks for a great stay!

The wifi was slow but serviceable. The restaurant food was ok. The room was small but had everything and was a good bargin for the price.

Los procesos son muy lentos. Estuvimos como una hora y media para el check in y el mismo tiempo para el check out. No encontraban la reserva y mencionaron que los precios eran distintos al de la reserva. El restaurante del hotel tiene el peor servicio que he visto. Los mozos nunca te ven y no te atienden ni bien ni mal... no te atienden... los cuartos estaban limpios

Die Zimmer im Hotel könnten etwas größer sein. Sie waren allerdings sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.
