This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had an ice bucket but no glasses. Jug and coffee maker but no cups. Walked on the beach which was very polluted (looked like a lot of toilet paper washed up). Do not recommend

Pools very very dirt both inside and outside. Green algae and mold on the side of the hot tub. The grounds looked terrible. We have been multiple times last year and it just seems like they stopped caring. The windows around the pool were so dirty you could barely see out. All the glass around the hot tubs so so dirty. The garden beds full of weeds and not mantained. Grass some what cut but no weed wacking done. So disappointing this place used to be so pretty and nice. Now I don’t feel like it’s worth the money.

Hotel leases out the spa and restaurant. Restaurant very good. Hotel not good. Paper cups, very thin walls so very noisy. Class C hotel.

The outdoor hot tub was closed for almost the whole day of my stay, a Thursday, webside says it gets closed on Mondays when I booked this resort. Restaurant key on the phone was not entered so couldnt call restaurant directly. Dirty plates in restaurant (takeout) My 71 year old Aunt got lost outside from the hot tub to our room, was even calling for help, got to front desk and the person told her to go out again into the rain and go right, then another right... how about giving her a highlighted map or even better, take the walk and help her back to her room. She was cold, wet and freezing and scared. Totally Obtuse. I booked here for the outdoor tub and spa, both lacking. Also the wood chipper from morning to night was terribly annoying could not open patio door as from 930 until dinner time lawn crews were cutting trees down. Chainsaws and wood chippers were terribly annoying. Then, THE NEXT DAY the same thing brutally loud, I have videos, I was in the hot tub outside this time and they were literally cutting branches over the rock wall where the tub is located. The didnt even know I was in there. Not smart and could have been dangerous had it fallen. 1 coffee pod ? Strange as 2 people normally have a morning coffee. Showers were not working in the 'spa' This was the least relaxing trip to a spa never will stay there again. I notified the property on their comment sheet and never recieved a response. Always amazing!! Beautiful location, great restaurant, outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. Will definitely be back again :)

Our stay was for 2 nights on new years. We were grossly disappointed. The first room we checked into had not been cleaned following the previous guest. Our second room had a loud buzzing coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Finally, after almost 2 hours we were able to check into our room, nowhere near our travel partners room. We could hear every conversation that occurred in the hallway. The quality of the room was mediocre at best. Our 2 stars go to the amazing staff for being so kind and apologetic, and the site hot tub & pool area as they were well maintained and accessible.

Clean beautiful room with beautiful property and friendly staff. The hot tub was nice except for the splashing children.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were just okay. The rooms definitely need some love. The couch isn’t super friend for sitting (worn) and the bed could be replaced. Also when I spend $200 a night I don’t expect to do my dishes before I go. I understand putting them in the dishwasher, but back the way they were before leaving doesn’t do justice for that price.
