The hotel seemed a little confused that a single person booked a suite, and took it upon themselves to give me a different room upon my arrival. I would confirm with them directly if you happen to book the suite that you actually get it-- they only have one suite, so if they book you incorrectly, you're simply not getting it. The women working here are the SWEETEST. I can't say the same for the men, except for one individual, who appears to be an overall help to run errands and clean up. He was nice. Honestly what stood out to me most was how safe the hotel was. They chain- lock the doors at night, and there is someone at the desk 24 hours. If you have to leave on a tour early, they make sure the right people are picking you up. If safety is a priority for you, then this is the best place. And as a solo female traveler, that meant a lot. Aside from that, my stay was just okay.

The main purpose was to visit Manchu Picchu. Our stay in Cusco was wonderful. The hotel and the staff was fantastic. Worth every cent.

It was the adequate room right for us. Unfortunately after so many attempts to communicate had to get Expedia involved. They still didn't pick us up correctly from airport. Messed up some of our day. Staff was friendly, only stairs available and given top floor. We slept and showered there. Breakfast was minimal, ok. Coffee great

Hotel bem localizado. Equipe de atendimento simpática. Café da manhã ótimo. Porém o quarto que ficamos é enorme, frio, nada confortável. Banheiro meio improvisado dentro do quarto.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Strasse mit viel Verkehr.Die Fenster sind undicht, die elektrische Instalation ist sanierungsbeduerftig.

It was clean and had good service. When I didn’t have hot water to shower I called the front desk and got it in 15 minutes.

Ótima localização, próximo à Plaza de Armas mercado e comércio local. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O único incoveniente foi o barulho da avenida.
