Extremely pleasant

The room was a family suite with 2 bedrooms, designated living room area and one bathroom. There was only one TV in one of the bedrooms and no AC or TV in the living room. If you wanted to stay kind of cool you would have hide yourself in one of the rooms, not ideal with the heat wave we had during our stay

This a well kept secret in Vallarta. What a jewel! It is located right on the malecon, in the center of Puerto Vallarta within walking distance of restaurants, shops, taxis, parks, cathedrals and about a 30 second walk to the ocean! The inside is amazing, from the outside it does not look like a hotel, but once inside it is spacious and surprisingly eclectic. Our room was called Moscu. It has 2 stories, a balcony with ocean view, cold AC in each room with a huge bathrooms, TVs in each room, sitting area inside the bedrooms, a dinner table, a convertible sofa in the living room and a fully stocked kitchen...with china and silverware...not food, a stove, a microwave and a full size refrigerator. I would love to stay there any time.

En el área de toallas de la alberca no había personal, Durante mi estancia, el puesto de atención permaneció completamente desatendido, lo que impidió el acceso al servicio y afectó la experiencia de los huéspedes. Y la puerta del baño de mi agitación estaba en mal estado .

I like how they treated you with respect and also the food was really great. Another thing that’s really good about staying there is that it’s near the airport and close to everything you need to have fun and enjoy time.

Amazing place to stay. Clean, freshly updated, incredible location. Hot water is a bit intermittent and the pool is small...but it's nice to soak in the pool and look down over the Malecon boardwalk. 10/10 would stay again.

horrible todo, no te dejan tener visitas despues de las 6, ni que fuera carcel para andar restringidos, pinches reglas pendejas. los cuartos bien cchiquitos, la comida horrible, toda mal hecha y de segunda, como que la hacen al aventon. no lo recomiendo.

The restaurant was okay but it was very expensive for what they offered. It rained and our ceiling leaked.

Buena ubicación para turismo, en el centro cerca del malecón. Instalaciones limpias y bien. Puede ser algo ruidoso porque esta a pie de calle pero se ubica en pleno centro, lo que es bueno para movilizarse.

We stayed in the Moscú room which has the big domed ceiling. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, the water in the shower was warm. Once in a while, the water pressure would be low, but that's expected. I didn't mind that. The location next to the malecón was so convenient. The pool area and restaurant area were very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely return to this property.
